Room was good. The only complaint we had was that we were in room 209 and when you looked out the window all you see is the building. Can’t even see the parking lot

Best hospitality I’ve encountered in a hotel stay perhaps ever. From the management to the staff, top notch customer service. My room was cleaned immaculately 4 out of 4 days. Needed to get a rental car back to the airport, and the hotel had a driver on short notice to make that transition seamless with very little notice. Facility was clean, well appointed, and felt like being at home. Dave, the owner, and Sarah were noteworthy in taking care of guests and accommodating their needs promptly. Breakfast was outstanding 4 of 4 days. If I’m in N Ky/Cincy area again, I will be staying at the Comfort Inn Turfway.

The staff was exceptionally kind, efficient, on the ball. That started from the top, as i met the owner by accident, and his commitment showed. Very nice continental breakfast. Unbelievable value. Ill stay there every time i layover cincy airport.

moldy smell in room, it was clean however. black mold in shower room 320 , some staff were welcoming. some not. the breakfast was good, however the attendant woman lurked over you as if you were eating too much. very close to airport and restaurants.

I had the unfortunate experience of staying at this hotel and I would strongly advise families to stay away from it. This place is simply unsafe. Weird people come and go all the time and their strange behavior made me feel extremely uncomfortable. The sound easily travels through the walls, and it felt like everybody was in my room even though I couldn't see them. To make matters worse, the party in the next door room went on until 5 am. There were around 10 people who were drunk and using marijuana, with loud music blasting throughout the night. Around 3 am, they started fighting and I was genuinely worried that they may shoot each other. What was even more shocking was that the party in the next door room seemed to have the green light from the hotel staff. From their conversation, it appeared as though they were members of the local gang who had some sort of understanding with the hotel management. I couldn't believe that such a dangerous situation was allowed to happen in a hotel that is supposed to provide a safe and comfortable environment for its guests. It was clear to me that the staff at this hotel are either indifferent or powerless to prevent such incidents from occurring. I cannot emphasize enough how important it is to avoid this hotel at all costs. The bathroom was in terrible condition, with lots of mold growing everywhere. All in all, I would highly advise against risking your life or ruining your trip by staying at this hotel. It's just not worth it.

Overall the property was clean. Parking was limited, no room if one is traveling in anything but a car or PU. Was not room for PU and trailer. Breakfast was ready by ~0630 on Sunday morning. Staff was very attentive and pleasant. Close to restaurants and shopping. Would stay here again.

Decent for a quick overnight stay by the airport. Housekeeping could have done a little bit better job. Dried food was on the sheets and debris on the floor: not enough to complain about.

Everyone was very nice only thing is the parking lot not enough space
