Residence Inn by Marriott Cincinnati Airport Erlanger

This property was not at all what i expected. The pictures were a bit misleading. Rooms were not cleaned properly and the common areas were disgusting. The front desk staff was accommodating but there was only so much they could do. The proximity to the airport can’t be beat but wouldn’t stay again because it just wasn’t clean.

Very nice rooms. The 2 bedroom suite worked out for us and the couple we were traveling with.

This was a perfect place before traveling. Staff was super when checking into the property. We will stay here again!

The shuttle from the airport to the hotel took forever. We called the hotel four times and still waited 35 minutes in the cold weather.

Perfect spot when visiting the Creation Museum and the Ark Encounter. Went with another couple and the 2 bedroom suite was amazing. Like having our own apartment! Each couple had great privacy with our own bedrooms and en suite bathrooms, but we also got to enjoy the common area of kitchen, dining and living room. Would highly recommend when traveling with family or another couple. Rooms were very clean and staff went out of their way to be helpful.

The hotel staffs are very friendly. My husband and I didn't know where to stay bc Check in starts at 3pm. But they accommodate us at 12pm and had a shuttle pick us up at the airport. When we arrived at the hotel we asked if we could check in early. We were so tired from our early flight. The lady at the front desk asked us if we didn't mind about how the room was different from the one we booked on Expedia they had one ready. We didn't mind at all we just wanted to settle in. I'm so happy they did that for us.

After checking in @ approx 9:30 we get into our room with our 4 little children get washed up relax a bit and get into bed about 10:30. After falling asleep for about an hour suddenly we are awakened by fire alarms and people rushin down the haul way we are told to evacuate the buidling immediately. We being on the 3rd floor and with 4 children we think of the worst and grab our dear ones and what we can quickly and dash outside into the snow and bitter cold. We get in our vehicles to warm up and wait. Little ones terrorized by now with fire trucks and after all was cleared by the fire guys of a microwave fire we were allowed to reenter but of course my children wanted nothing to do with that hotel or building desparately scared so we loaded up the remianing items we had left behind and decided to travel on home in the snowy night. After checking out at the front counter they informed us no refunds or help can be offered much to my dissapointment. My advice would be this go the second mile for your customers and give back when problems arise and little ones are afraid. It would have been much cheaper and simpler to bless someone then turn them away unfulfilled and unprovided. I really feel like a 100% refund should have been issued to all that nigh even if they end up staying

Very nice hotel. Near the airport so expect to hear plane noise..only complaint little slow checking out as there was only one person working the desk and unfortunately the two people in front of me had incorrect bills..
