Crowne Plaza Dallas Market Center, an IHG Hotel

Flew into town to celebrate a sibling's birthday. Hotel was close to the freeway and airport. Hotel was clean and smelled great. Elevators were fast. Staff was friendly and swift. I would definitely stay here again

Love staying here when I travel

My flight was canceled, so I booked this hotel expecting it to be as nice as other Crowne Plaza hotels I've stayed in. However, this experience fell short. The front desk staff lacked hospitality and were rude during check-in, failing to greet guests. Although I didn't request anything special, it was evident they were overworked or dissatisfied. Upon entering the room, I found it spacious, but both the room and the entire floor had a noticeable moldy smell. When I asked to change rooms, I was informed that the hotel was fully booked, forcing me to wear my mask throughout the night. It is crucial that someone inspects the floor and room for health hazards. This experience was very disappointing and does not meet expected standards.

Please don’t stay in this property. NOT SAFE. Coming from someone who grew up in the hood (LA, Watts) I’ve never seen anything like it. There were hookers(mostly naked) lined up in front/on property with their pimp escorting them around. At night there were sketchy men hanging around the property parking lot. Also the hotel is next to a strip club. Front desk not so nice and took for ever to get checked in. The room were I stayed was not the cleanest stains all over the floor, couch and who knows where else.

The elevators were broken my entire stay only one was operable.l and I was almost late for the airport. The refrigerator froze my intravenous medication and the controls could not be adjusted, there was hair floating around in the swimming pool and there's no microwave in the room either.

Check in was quick, parking lot a little on the small side for the amount of people staying. Ac never cooled. Called for assistance, told us to leave at 63 and it would cool. Never did.

Great parking for large trucks and trailers.

Air conditioner not working properly in our room on 14th floor which allegedly was an upgrade tried to call front desk but phone was inoperable, when asking at the front desk, we were told that was the only room available, even though they 'upgraded' us from our original reservation so there weren't rooms available? front desk didn't seem to care clean room, great furniture, but inoperable phone and AC not keeping up in Texas at the end of May? and we were happy with the hotel bar and restaurant and location to the airport
