Convenience to airport, amenities, and great beds to sleep.

The property was great. I try and stay at Aloft any time I'm traveling. Armel was great in getting me checked, also very knowledgeable.

Right by airport

Unfortunately an otherwise good rating is reduced to less than average because of unacceptable conditions on arrival. Could not pull up to the entrance due to blocking vehicles and a food truck for a massive party that was occupying the pool area. I understand that hotels like this need to make money from locals who want to celebrate Memorial day. But not being able to pull up to check in and not being able to find ANY available parking after driving all day ruined an otherwise good rating. I can NOT recommend this hotel if you are driving in from out of town. She said "Sorry for the inconvenience but you are welcome to get something from the food truck." I didn't want anything from the food truck, I just wanted to check in.

Great place close to the airport

The hotel was clean, quiet, and has a free shuttle to the airport. Very convenient!

Breakfast was over priced and limited parking in the front when we were told not to park in the back. The person that checked us in told us that we are not to park in the back and there should be parking in the front due to their customers are from southwest and they don’t own cars. Parking charges per day is $17.38.

Great hotel if you’re flying in and out of Dallas Love airport. Beautiful hotel, nice rooms, all the amenities you would need. The shuttle bus gets you to and from the airport in minutes.

Nice but typical airport hotel. Room was nice but no frills. Hot food available for late arrivals and early breakfast, which is convenient. Some restaurants and fast food within walking distance.
