Hawthorn Suites by Wyndham Dallas/Love Field Airport

No airport shuttle, room smelled like weed, run down area, etc. What I liked tho is that it has lots of potential. Did like rooms, big.

This place needs to be exterminated. I do not really rate hotels but this one I just could not let go by. This was the worst place I’ve stayed at. The price they charged is too much for this place. There are broken everything. They have roaches also. I came in town for business and thought this would be great to stay near the airport here but I should’ve did more research. When I check out at 4:30 am I ask for a receipt for my stay I have yet to get one. They do not provide any toiletries when asked. Holes in doors and walls. Coffee maker with no coffee. I reserved a studio room with sofa and did not recurved what I reserved. Yes I should have left but there was no more rooms for where I was staying around. Therefore I had no choice to stay here. No I would never stay here again or recommend it to anyone

This place is a roach infested, unsafe, filthy slum. I left 2 hours after arriving, and waited for the Uber to arrive before leaving the room to reduce the chance of being mugged between the room and parking lot. I can’t believe a national brand like Wyndham would attach its name to this dump. I understand you won’t get a Hilton for these rates, but there are better choices, including sleeping in your car or on a bench at the airport. This place should be removed from any reputable on line site, as it is a complete misrepresentation of the property bordering on fraud.

This charge is currently under dispute. The reservation was confirmed and not honored.I called while in transit at the airport to add the other guest's name and was told they had no rooms, so even though I had a reservation, it was not honored and the hotel could not cancel it. It has been next to impossible to reach an agent over the phone. When I finally got through, the hotel was not able to provide the agent with information. I was asked to call back this morning, and the phone call wouldn't go through. I called four times, it looped and disconnected me each time.

I picked this hotel for the proximity to the airport, and the transport to the airport. The van wasn't working, I had to take Uber. Wyndham had best get busy with needed upgrades.

The place looked clean judging by the pictures online but once we got there it was the complete opposite. The rooms were disgusting , our couch had stains and it looked worst than a thrift store couch. The dressers were missing handles and the bathroom ceiling looked like it was caving in. The bed was extremely squeaky like you were sitting on nothing but springs, when we arrived there first thing we saw was a couple arguing & abandoned cars parked in the parking lot & trash all over the place. We requested another room because the stove and microwave were outdated(they were yellow) so the clerk was extremely nice and gave us another room but once we got to that room it was a lot better but we checked the sheets and there was red stains everywhere so we requested a refund and once again the clerk was extremely nice and gave us a refund and I even tipped her $20 because I could tell this is something that happens a lot and judging by the 20 minutes we was there she deals with it on the regular so she made the experience better and deserves a raise based off how much she has to deal with and we’re not the type to nit pick a hotel but this was probably our worst experience with one ever

Advertised as having a free airport shuttle. No shuttle service. Room was worn out with holes in the couch, kitchenette cabinets broken. Smell of cigarettes in the room eventhough advertised as non smoking.

This is the worst property I’ve ever stayed at. Also on the website said airport shuttle, breakfast & pool. They had none of that. So I ended up paying more then I planned. When I asked the guy about it he told me to go somewhere else.

This place is absolutely horrible!! We walked in and turned around and walked right back out. Booked another hotel at a nicer place! This property looks nothing like the pictures. It was an old apartment complex… old, out dated, and disgusting! The door had holes all over it where locks had been ripped of and replaced, like shade had yellow stains all over it. Broke down cars all in the parking lot! The only good thing was the lady that checked us in.. she was super sweet. Hated to not get a refund but we were not going to stay there!!!!

I was surprised at the price for the amount of space. But I was totally disapointed in the apperance of the place, the pool was super tiny, the parking lot was horrible in relation to the rooms. The space it self is OLD and RUN DOWN. The beds were lumpy, the pull out couch was disgusting and the water leaked
