Sleep Inn Dallas Love Field - Medical District

Ended up getting bed bugs from the hotel. 2/3 of hotel room doors did not latch so we only had the security latch open to keep us safe. The hotel staff stated they did not have one of our rooms when my brother in law checked in and made him pay for his own even though we had already booked it. We only stayed here due to cancelled flights at lovefield but would not return

One night stay prior to flying out the next morning. Close to Dallas Love Field and The Spot Parking lots 1 & 2. Not far from fastfood establishments. Breakfast was good.

Staff was friendly. Hard to get a shuttle before 5 for airport

The hotel was fine, but the "shuttle service" is misleading. They only offer shuttle service to the local airport, not Dallas Fort-Worth international airport. All they do is call an Uber for you anyway, so I don't know why they still offer it.

Extremely disappointing stay. Was only at the property for 4 hours due to a missed layover connection but we had several issues. Booked a King room and they only had a double full room upon our arrival. Advertised hotel shuttle for an additional charge which did not exist. The night auditor attempted to book Ubers on our behalf but they all canceled and we were left having to ride in the security guards pickup truck to catch our flight. Which, the truck was extremely messy, security guard refused to wear a seatbelt so it was constantly beeping, smelled like cigarettes, and we had to listen to an inappropriate political rant the entire ride to the airport. Property is very worn and dated, common areas are dirty, and there was a visible water leak from the roof in our room. Ownership clearly does not care about the property or their guests.

It’s was ok for the price I love the fact they have a couple semi truck parking

This is a very convenient location for Dallas Love and DFW flight issues.

Overall it was very nice the people are very nice. House keeping people were very nice. Also Resturaunt hostess was always accommodating and very polite. The location was very good and the shuttle service is excellent. Resturaunt on location is great. Wonderful breakfast and dinner buffets.

Didn’t clean my room , even after asking that it be done at the front desk. Vending machine on ground floor would not accept credit cards (and staff knew about the problem). Online it says shuttle is offered free anywhere within 5 mile radius, but no, that is untrue. Would not stay here again.

Great value close to airport. Comfortable bed and quite.
