Holiday Inn Dallas Market Ctr Love Field, an IHG Hotel

I needed an overnight stay due to a delayed flight at Dallas Love Field. My stay was great and as expected. I would use them again.

We were in town for a wedding and had a wonderful stay! The hotel is very clean, and the front desk staff are all friendly and professional. The lobby is nice, and they have a computer available there—what I assume is their “business center” lol. They do have a fitness center and a nice pool area with a grill; although, I’m not sure how usable it is since it was closed. The hotel is near a highway, but we didn’t hear any noise unless we were outside. You can hear people coming in and out of their rooms, but it’s pretty quiet at night. For $12.95 a day, you can get the breakfast buffet for free, or you can prepay for it when you book for just $25 total. The breakfast was pretty decent! They always had a variety of options, from biscuits and gravy to a fruit and yogurt bar. You have to eat in the restaurant though; you can’t take it to go, so keep that in mind when booking. If you’re driving in, I believe they offer free parking. There are restaurants nearby, and a Target and Walmart are about 7-10 minutes away. Uber and Lyft are easy to get but can be expensive depending on your destination and the time of day, so having a car is ideal. They offer a free shuttle to and from the airport that runs every hour on the hour Monday through Friday, though I’m not sure if it’s available on weekends. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would come again.

Enjoyed my stay and it was so reasonably priced! Staff was very friendly and the rooms were nice, cozy and spacious. Very comfortable beds. Having a shuttle to the airport was a great perk. They showed up quickly at the airport when I called. The restaurant was really nice too. Good food!

Great hotel, parking lot has security which was nice and rooms was clean and comfortable. Elevator could use a remodel as it’s in rough condition but rest of the hotel is in great shape.

The beds were so comfy. The shuttle was supposed to come pick us up and ther phones were not working which left us stranded w 5 ppl since we left our car at the hotel . We even had to call another holiday inn to ask what we should do and they suggested to get an Uber and that we would get reimbursed. Well w 5 ppl and 5 luggages we had to wait for a vehicle to accommodate us and the children which was 60 plus and we were only able to get back 20 dollars something is better than nothing I guess but it would have been nice to get it all back since that was an expense that should not have been a cost for us since we were told the shuttle would be there to pick us up. There was no WiFi or tv so we left to go do stuff w the kids since they would not be entertained w out the tv or internet .

The property was nice and clean. The staff were super helpful from the shuttles drivers, front desk attendants, breakfast staff to the cleaning team. I only stayed one night but would definitely stay again. My only issue was I was not able to shadow cast streaming services like YouTube or Netflix to the TV due to connection issues. Other than that, 10/10 would recommend.

I called prior to BooKING and was told they offered 24 hour shuttle service. Our flight was delayed so we got back at 1am. When I called hotel I was told the shuttle didn’t run after 11pm and said it says that on our website. I told him it also says or UPON REQUEST. And I called your front desk as soon as I knew about the delay and was told no worries. He then says well I just don’t have a driver right now. I had to spend $$ on an Uber to get to hotel!

The hotel was an w. Ellen’s location from the airport. Everything was super clean .
