Excellent hotel if you are visiting Dallas. Close to downtown without being in the crazy traffic. Free parking and we felt safe. Very, Very clean, queen suite was amazing. Beds comfortable! The staff was so accommodating and nice; both the night and day shift. Breakfast was outstanding!! The best breakfast of any hotel I have stayed at in years and we travel a lot! Full breakfast; the best oatmeal station with all kinds of toppings, waffles, eggs, bagels, etc. Marie was very sweet. Best hotel we have stayed at in a long time!

I think having the security drive around the parking lot as a posed to just parked and sitting in their car would be more helpful.

Absolutely WONDERFUL Staff!!❤️.
BIG SHOUT OUT TO: Jazz, Shaline, Erica, Phillip, and the Team!!!!!
All of them were: Professional, Personable, Efficient, and More than willing to go that extra mile to ensure Guests Satisfaction!! (VERY refreshing in this time era we are now living👌)
Accommodations were clean, spacious, and comfortable. It was an added comfort to know Security was on site to monitor the parking lot and property!
I would DEFINITELY recommend this hotel and I am anticipating future stays with Belgium waffles, eggs, potatoes, and *BACON/SAUSAGE * for EVERY BREAKFAST MEAL!! 😊

The proximity to Dallas Love Field and related offsite parking called The Love Connection -- this made our choice of this hotel a very good value and convenient stopover.

Location and service was good. Gang bangers walking down the street and through the parking lot.. Some Security would be nice. Room was very musty smelling.

Good stay. Decent enough hotel room. Most Springhill Suites are good / clean. The area this one is in is seedy / not great. There's a strip club a couple blocks on next street, so not a great area. If I had to stay in that area again, I would use this hotel, or possibly the Embassy Suites or Crowne Plaza instead. But rate was great here, and it is close to airport.
