Embassy Suites by Hilton Dallas Love Field

My experience was really wonderful! The hotel staff was kind, the room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Has to catch a flight early and the shuttle was there on time to pick me up!

Tiny room but comfortable. Cool Atrium. Great pool. Delicious breakfast and fun free happy hour. Expensive parking. I enjoyed my stay

This was our first time flying into Love Field. The hotel is very close, complimentary transportation and pet friendly.

Stayed in a room that felt like a hall closet .. not the two bedroom type room that I have stayed at 100 other times at embassy’s across the nation .. Also you have to pay for parking which I always hate and don’t understand if it’s not in a down town parking garage .. even then it’s dumb to pay to park when your already paying a premium to be there

Every staff member I encountered was extremely pleasant. The front desk staff provided a quick and informative experience. The hotel is older, so it was no surprise that the air did not cool below 71, especially in Texas heat, but I requested a fan and one was quickly provided. The reception/breakfast staff were also pleasant. It was the excessive pest activity that caused the low stars. Night 1, a large dead roach and flying insect was present; I killed them and moved on. Night 2, a minimum of 5 flying insects! I don’t know where they came from because I was on the 6th floor. They were not there during the day, so it was very strange. Night 3, a baby roach was in the bed; this was about 15 minutes after I requested new blankets. Again, the staff was amazing but the pest were unexpected and unsettling.

Room would not cool down. In fact entire hotel was warm and humid. Made it hard to sleep. I realize DFW is hot that time of year, but make sure your AC is adequate for comfort. Staff was friendly location was clean. Appreciated the shuttle to the airport.

The room was ok for the night as we had to catch an early flight. The AC didn’t work well. There was also hair in the tub. Property is dated but the staff were very friendly at check in. Bed was comfortable.

The only "complaint" is that there is a $16 per night parking fee in what used to be a free lot.

The service staff is remarkable. Abraham and Cynthia were excellent. The facility even offers free breakfast and Happy Hour. Although it is conveniently located right next to Dallas Love Airport, there is no sound of airplanes flying overhead. They even have a shuttle to drive folks back and forth to the airport. Abraham, the shuttle driver, was especially helpful and guided us around the vicinity, since we were from out of state. Would definitely stay here again!
