Wiell the place is very run down indian ran smelled toilet would not work, shower would not drain and i can piss harder than it . Durty is a under statement. Three thrugs tried to still crap up in the parking lot , needs work paid way too much to stay in this dive

I arrived too early to check in, but the front desk allowed me to check in at 1 pm instead of 3. This was great because I had been traveling all night and had to be somewhere at 6 pm. This allowed me to take a short nap and freshen up before my commitment. Made all of the difference!

This was advertised as a Hotel but is actually a "restored/remodeled Motel with outside entrances.
There were almost no cars in the parking lot and several "street type" people hanging around the Motel. It did NOT look safe for a single female traveler.
I was afraid to stay at this location so I went to. Holiday Inn Express a short distance away. I paid for my room in advance so I am unable to get a refund which is unfortunate.
I am not sure I will book through Hotel.com in the future as the picture and description of the Hotel are not at all as advertised. Very disappointing.

Stopped here for one night while traveling. I expected much more from the Wyndham brand name. Exterior seemed ok and common areas seemed maintained. However, room was not maintained. See pics of shower ceiling. Beds were comfortable and breakfast was decent. But shower was disgusting.

We stayed for 2 nights only because I had my dogs along, otherwise I would have been out of here after just one. The phone didn't work which I believe is illegal, nor did some of the outlets. There were cracks in the walls, esp. rough by the tub. I was disgusted by getting sprayed when I flushed the toilet & my room wasn't cleaned well -THERE WERE SOME BUGS,SAME SPECIES, CLIMBING AROUND THE WALL - I saved one in a bag to have it looked at to see if its a cockroach! **I was surprised as well to see with what my brother & I knew to be a huge mistake regarding repairwork on the exterior under the overhang near the outside stairs - ON THE OUTSIDE OF THE BUILDING - by replacing some rotted covering with INTERIOR drywall! We know the difference between regular wallboard for interiors only, or greenboard & plasterboard - it was wallboard. All in all I have a hard time believing this hotel is actually affiliated with Wyndham. The place is simply subpar. I am seventy five & have traveled a great deal. I've stayed in some rough areas with no other choice at times out of necessity knowing what to expect, but I did not anticipate this hotel to be one of those situations. You've left me with no choice but to tell others, including my real estate agent who will be sure to route any future clients away from your hotel This is the first time in my life, however, I felt the need to write such a lousy, but honest, review.

My family and I travel the world for our jobs and this was the worse place we had ever been to. Even thrid world countries dont have such bad places for this cost. People there were very shady and the rooms smelled like smoke. In the bathroom you can smell and see the yellow tar from lots of cigarette smoke in it just leeching off the walls. I am surprised Wyndham would even put there name on this place

Disappointed that I made a reservation for 2 rooms and got put at the opposite ends of the hotel on opposite sides had let them know I was traveling with my husband and 90 year old mother good location as far as easy I75 access and great for restaurants but LOUD freeway noise Hotel was in decent condition for the most part could use a little more TLC. Lucy on night shift was very nice and helpful (just couldn’t fix room situation) probably would not stay here again there were a lot of options in the area usually happy with Baymonts

I can’t believe this property was labeled Baymont. I expected much better. I feel deceived and over charged. I have stayed at Wyndam properties at least 6 times this summer. I have stayed at LaQuinta, Days Inn, Super 8, and Wingate? Website and customer service don’t exist. I will choose more carefully next time I travel.

This hotel in all my travel experiences was the worst. I sent an email directly to Wyndham company and lodged a complaint to Hotel.com.
1. The rooms were not cleaned daily. Understandable it could have been short staff but, the hotel should have said that up front so the customer would know
2. The light corridors were out. Although I was told it was because a wire was cut in the breaker box. It still posed an unsafe condition for some who might not see anything in the outside hall
3. The elevator was not working, so for a hard person who had heavy luggage it made it very hard going up the steps and it was dark
4. Some of the steps seem to be unstable and had they given way someone could be seriously hurt and also it could be a serious lawsuit
5, There was exposed wiring in the hallway, and although it was capped it still was not safe in that some water in one of the hallways close by, this is dangerous and unsafe
6. My wife discovered there were ants in our room and although we were moved to another room this goes back to me saying the rooms were uncleaned
7. It looked like there was maintenance work done and some of the doors could have been easily pushed open

I had a pleasant experience. I’ve been a business traveler for over 17 years and I’ve stayed in every level of hotel and motel imaginable. I’ve learned that the management and staff of more economical hotels can take pride in their service and cleanliness. This one does. Of course there were aesthetic issues but replacing a TV stand due to wear costs money if done for all rooms. If you simply appreciate the service and cleanliness (and a nice little breakfast), you’ll be a happier traveler. I left this one as exactly that.
