Quality Inn

This was the worst and smelliest hotel I've ever been to. There was trash in the room. The room smelled like vomit the hotel smelled like vomit. The hot tub didn't work The pool was freezing. The toilets had a hard time flushing nothing was clean peeling paint corroded and mildewy air conditioner. Pretty much everything about this place was gross. Never been so disappointed. If you are traveling with someone you love do not take them to this hotel.

I'm extremely disappointed in my 2 day stay! I picked this hotel specifically for the hot tub, so I was pretty irritated when I saw that it roped off with yellow tape, full of leaves, dirt, and a puddle of old water. It has definitely been out of order for quite some time and should not be listed as a feature of this hotel. The pool was ice cold. The side door to enter the hotel did not lock. The door to my room didn't close properly, so you had to yank it shut. Our room was not clean. There was a fake nail on the floor beside the bed. The bed linens were stained with what looked like blood. The A.C did not keep the room cold. Ceiling in the bathroom and bedroom had dark water spots and was peeling. When I came down for breakfast at 9am on Saturday, the red headed, male, front desk clerk, rudely told me that breakfast was closed, even though I was told at check in, and there was a sign, that said weekend breakfast was 7am-10am. I told him that, and then he gave me and another guest permission to eat. It is a no smoking hotel, so we had to sit outside, which felt very unsafe. Several people were walking in circles around the parking lot and lurking behind the dumpster near where we parked our vehicle and where the door to enter the hotel was. As I stated before, the door did not lock, and we could hear people coming in and out all night long. Very sketchy! I would not recommend this hotel to anyone!

The parking area was dark and dirty. The hallways and room smelled bad. In the room the lamp shades were broken, the chair was badly worn, the entire room was terrible. We did not stay.

We have never stayed in a worse motel and we have travelled much of the world ! The lobby and breakfast tables were still dirty from the morning breakfast as we checked in at 4:00 pm . We were wondering if it was a good idea but I had prepaid and we had stayed here 4 years ago and it was OK . We got our room which was run down a bit but seemed clean enough , unpacked a bit , turned the heat up and went next door for dinner . When we returned the room was ice cold and after fiddling with the heater I reported it wasn’t working . After waiting a while for the promised maintenance man I went back to the desk and suggested we get another room . We were given another room which the toilet was blocked up . I want to the desk and they scrabbled and found me a toilet plunger . The stay was just getting better and better . My wife noticed the sheets on her bed look like someone had stepped on them as they seemed soiled . I pulled back my bedspread to find a large blood stain . Who on earth makes a bed and doesn’t see that !! Back to the desk I go and bring the desk clerk to the room to see first hand . He is apologizing but doesn’t seem shocked to me . At that point I ask for a refund and am going to stay somewhere else . Apparently it wasn’t possible because the manager isn’t in till sometime in the next day. I am reluctant to leave without a refund and relying on a phone call to get my money back so instead he shows us a series of rooms until finally we see one tgat works.

The hotel was filthy. The room was filthy. The bathroom tub was discusting with a black bottom, clocked with hair. Toilet was filthy. Wall were cracked and chipping. To be quite honest we were there just one night because we were traveling through to st loiuis and i was embarrassed to have picked this hotel. There is nothing good to say. Also the staff could remember the room we were in. Oh i forgot to mention that the polce were there when we showed up for some trouble.

This property was okay. It is much more dated and in need of general maintenance than I thought it would be for the price. If we had paid $40/night, I would not have been surprised by its current state. I did not personally see the breakfast option because the family we were travelling with checked it out for the group and decided we should go somewhere else. The front desk staff was not very helpful. They were pleasant and kind. However, they did not even really knowing how to let us know which door would be best to enter through on our way to our rooms. The location was convenient.
