Courtyard by Marriott Dayton North

No breakfast! Us and several guest expected a continental breakfast. At check in, I asked what time breakfast was served and he said 7-10am. Never once mentioned it was additional cost. The Expedia listing says breakfast available. Just a little deceiving to guests. You can add it for more $! There was a family reunion at the hotel.They have a patio in the back yet everyone was by the front door too. The whole place smelled like skunk ass weed. All three floors. There were families with little kid that were in shock in the elevator. Dont stay in Dayton..parking lot needs repaved and shower tub looked disgusting stained peeling.

We stayed here on the last leg of our week long vacation. Very welcoming staff. Room was excellent—in the morning we ordered coffees and when we tried to pay were told they were on the house and to have safe travels..what an awesome start to our day!

The parking lot needed to be resurfaced probably five years ago… It’s just tired

We've stayed at this hotel before and enjoy it. We stay here when we visit my son whom is in college. The hotel decor, furniture and space is clean, cozy, modern and eclectic. We need parking included as we have to drive. Additionally there are restaurants in the area. This stay there was a baseball team of little boys between the ages of 7-9 years old and they must have spilled something sticky in the lobby area b/c the floors were sticky. Aside from that we did NOT hear them as we were on the 3rd floor and thankfully away from the group of little rascals. (smile)

The stay was average. But had an issue with the smell of pot the entire time we were there. In the halls and parking lot. We ordered food and it was delivered to the front desk and they did not call up to our room for us to come get it. When we finally walked down to see what was going on the front desk said “sorry I forgot”. For the price of the trim we paid and then have to purchase coffee and breakfast in the morning was a bit much. We went else where for breakfast. Overpriced no real amenities

I only have 2 negative things about my stay and they're very minor. I came in on a Friday till Sunday, my room wasn't serviced on Saturday. 2nd I thought the hotel would have breakfast on the weekend thinking weekends would be busy being close to an airport. Other than that I enjoyed the stay and would go back if I was in Dayton.

We travel a lot and like a hotel with breakfast so you can quickly get on the road There were alot of hotels in this area and chose this one because it said breakfast available in the details In the morning the desk clerk said we have coffee and hot water Very disappointing When we checked in there was a couple gentlemen complaining and then she asked me to wait a second while she made some changes The room we got wasn’t didn’t have the same details as the one I booked The room was nice but 60 degrees We had to turn on the heat and go outside until it was comfortable When we checked out I was given a receipt with my name and someone else’s address Overall a nice place but we travel through this area frequently and breakfast was deceitful and a deal breaker We will never stay here again
