Our flight was delayed due to storm and we were in the hotel lobby. Jordan helped us out with securing our luggage while we went to get some lunch, and then offered to comp our taxi fee when the shuttle was not available due to no driver. He was very friendly and helpful. Also noticed his interaction with a couple of other customers who were rude to him. He remained professional and friendly, answered all their questions and de-escalated the situation.

Friendly staff and quick maintenance follow-up made this stay enjoyable. So did the marshmallows put out with the hot chocolate. Our room faced North and on a clear night we were able to enjoy the Aurora Borealis without having to travel!

Super spacious rooms, friendly staff, great pool & hot tub, lovely continental breakfast. Everything was clean and in good working order. Well maintained parking lot and in a great location. Worked great for our stay!

Walmart is just across the road. Other than this, hotel does not offer any shuttle service going into town. Its quite far to anywhere other than train station and airport. No safe in room.

This hotel made our stay in Fairbanks easy. They picked us up at the train depot and took us to the airport the following morning. Very clean facility and friendly staff.

close to airport and restaurants, good free breakfast, friendly staff didn't like how hot the temperature in the hotel was, we turned the heat off in our room and still slept with only a the sheet during our January stay. No fan in the bathroom so taking showers steamed everything

Great staff, wonderful hotel. It has everything you need including hair dryer. The manager was very nice, and handled my airport shuttle service perfectly.
