Biltmore Hotel & Suites

We were traveling with family and they had a mouse in their roomo

Older building with some renovations. No elevators. I didn't hear any traffic noise. Shower was renovated and it was amazing. Although it should have been installed on the wider wall though. They didn't want to buy shower curtains I guess. Bed was comfortable, soft and firm with small pillows. Actual blankets at this hotel instead of only bed sheets. Pet friendly, which is why I stayed here ($15 fee). My dog kept it in the same condition as before we arrived. I would stay here again if traveling through Fargo. If they put a little love into this place, fix the broken sign, advertise the pools and courtyard amenities, they'd get more business.

Disappointing. Would not call this hotel & suites, would call this Motel & Units. Beds, linens old. Very uncomfortable. Room dark, dingy. We were on the 2nd floor, had to carry bags up long flight of stairs, no elevator. Difficult we are seniors. Easy to get to airport from this location only benefit,

Front staff was helpful with us parking our small trailer behind our vehicle.

We enjoyed our stay. The continental breakfast was impressive. Our room door faced the main road so that was a bit noisy. Room was warm and bed was comfortable. Pool was comfortable temperature and hot tub perfect to soak in. Easy access to roads and shopping. Staff was friendly and helpful. Outdoor pool area wasn’t usable in winter but would be lovely in the warmer months. Attached restaurant/bar useful. Lots of parking right outside hotel rooms facing the outside of building. We will return.

The room was clean and a reasonable price. Also easy to get to from the airport. Worked great!

This is an old, tired hotel in dire need of a deep cleaning and updates. Cons: Room was in need of a deep cleaning. In looking for outlets it appeared that the furniture had not been moved and cleaned behind in years nor had the window sill been cleaned in quite a while as dead bugs were found when the curtain was opened. There was a hole in one of the walls and the wallpaper in the bathroom was peeling. There were also a number of stains on the carpet. Pros: Yes, there were some plusses. The room was very large and the beds were comfortable. The bedding and the towels were extremely clean as were most surface areas in the room. The buffet breakfast was good and the gal at the front desk was pleasant and helpful. I don't know that I would recommend or stay there again but for a one night stay it did the job and it was only a short drive to the airport the following morning.

This stay at the Biltmore was so bad I don’t think I’ll ever be back. Check in was slow, no one attending the deal. Tuned out she was cleaning something in another area of hotel. Once I got to my room It was HOT, the AC didn’t work in the room, nor did the cable or the internet. I tried to get help multiple times from the gal at the front desk - she was incapable of helping me. She didn’t offer to move me to a different room, nor did she offer to reduce my rate. She just said “sorry” the 3 separate occasions I called to inform her of issues. What am I to do when I’m traveling for work and can’t get anything done because the wifi won’t work? Breakfast attendant was very sweet, as usual. Food was mediocre this time, but that’s ok. Pretty standard at a 2-3 Star hotel.
