The property was clean but I use a cane and they gave us a room at the far end of the hotel. Our rental car was damaged overnight by the car parked along side of us. A hit and run. We asked to see the video of the parking lot and we were told they didn’t have cameras.
The breakfast was excellent and the lady preparing the food was lovely and helpful.

Room was okay but the hallway smelled and wa dirty as well as the fentrance and parking area were dirty. Also the breakfast was pathetic and the staff were unhelpful. I did not have high expectations of a cheaper hotel option but they failed to even meet them.

The property is nice. Too many big trucks taking up parking spots out front. Had to park next door at Braans. Other than that it wasnt too bad. Room was kind of musty smelling and the carpet semi wet. Smell of sewer too.

Beware -- adult son (18 years old) could not check in. He was traveling back to university. We're trying to navigate this from Canada. Grrrr.... had to pay anyway.

The hotel system was down and couldn't use the hotel as they could not help us check in or nothing. Stayed at the airport overnight

The only good part of this hotel was the front desk clerk, she was very friendly & did her best to accommodate us when we had to move rooms TWICE. The first two rooms were dirty, overflowing toilet & the doors had broken locks. The third room was tolerable at best. The only reason we actually stayed was because it was 9:00 at night & we had to leave at 5:30 AM for a flight. Gross hotel.

Oh Where to begin…had a late check in really only stayed about 5 hours as we were flying out of GRR. Location is very close to the airport and it was clean BUT the fire alarm went off over and over during my short sleep opportunity. We were exhausted. Never again.
