The hotel was very nice. The amenities were great! The hotel staff was very welcoming and accommodating. Breakfast was good even with the lack of certain items. That was understandable because if the recent storm that had come through prior to our stay. When we got to our rooms, we had to do a bit of cleaning. The toilet seats were dirty. I always travel with cleaning supplies, so we just went over everything in the room. The furniture in the rooms had unidentifiable stains on the sofas and the desk chairs. On a scale of one to ten I give our stay an 8.5. I would choose LaQuinta again.

My car was stolen from the parking lot, they have zero security cameras on any sides of the building. Zero help from management.

Complimentary breakfast was a joke. Hours from 6 to 10, but most food items were empty before 8 and not replenished. Many complaints from guests that there was little to no food and empty trays stayed empty so they gave up and returned to their rooms. Room was fine except that a sports team on the floor above us were apparently dropping training weights on the floor above until 10:30 pm. Sounded like a bowling alley. No noise from the nearby airport though. So our stay was mixed.

Very clean and decent for the price! I didn’t try the breakfast because I overslept. There’s some noise from where it’s near the airport, but it’s nothing major at all and still mostly quiet. Highly recommend.

This particular La Quinta is safe, quiet and convenient to find off the freeway. It's off a highway with a light signal, & is fairly easy to get to for a family road trip. The rooms were very clean, modern and comfortable. My room was equipped with a refrigerator and microwave, which was a wonderful convenience. Very close to PTI/GSO airport. I used to live in the area, and feel very safe at this location.

It's La Quinta so it's a nice and clean room, lobby, and amenities. However this one is close to the airport so be ready to listen to planes taking off every so often. There was a trash bag wrapped around my smoke detector that I had to report to front desk. Now I just hope I don't get a $250 fee for "signs of smoking" anyway.

We had an excellent stay at this location! We arrived quite late, so I was able to call from the road and check in over the phone, so when we arrived, all I had to do was sign the required form, and collect the room keys. I required an accessible room, due to mobility impairments which require me to use a wheelchair, so I am always a bit nervous when traveling, because it can vary so widely what some consider to be accessible. There was a shower chair that I was able to position where I needed, shower head was well within reach, soaps and shelf were within reach, and sloped entry into the shower for an easy transfer from my wheelchair to the shower chair. The mirror was a perfect height for a wheelchair user, toilet height , grab bar placement, the height of the closet bar, microwave, and fridge, all perfectly within reach. I was able to roll under the desk and access the bed from either side. The room was clean, and at the end of the hall, allowing for quick and efficient accessible parking just outside the door. This made loading and unloading so much easier! My partner and I came to the area to visit family, and I would definitely stay there again in the future. 2 minor suggestions I would have would be lighter weight doors for the room and bathroom, and a threshold slope for the small bump into the bathroom where the flooring joint is. Other than those 2 small things, this is the absolute BEST hotel stay I have had since becoming disabled.

We had 8 rooms for 5 nights. Cleaners were amazing attitude. Breakfast came short not enough. Several times would not make extra food. Manager lied saying they were booked solid when we needed just one room for late check out due to implications of flight schedule. would not assist. But hotel was very clean and update. A very good layout.

Initially upon arriving the first impressions were lobby good. I requested a mobility room. It was ok. Clean. But for the money spent disappointed. The heater didn't work so i complained. The next time i asked had it been serviced, was told we have been having problems with several rooms. Eventually i requested to move. I chose to clean my own room only asking for fresh towels and sheets the 1st few day. Because we were tired. The 1st couple of days. I always bring my own cleaning supplies. Having traveled from LA. The problem was probably mine from trying to help and not be demanding. I paid for 9 days. Used 8 days. But left the cleaning sign on my door this particular day. Wow, No service rendered. Was told it was put in system no room service needed for entire stay! Really... Then was told I left a sign that said do not disturb. Not true, When I told them I took a picture before going out. They did Apologize. But room was still dirty. I requested towels. Then we showered and left.
