Would’ve given better scores but there was some types of flying bugs all around the property, some even in the elevator. We did look them up and it was some kind of Chinese bug (i dont know). Understanding the property can’t control it but they were scared and EVERYWHERE. Also no breakfast

We had to switch rooms after an hour of staying in the first because the pipe under the kitchen sink was leaking and left a puddle on the floor. Other than that, it was a great stay. Was clean. Elevator sometimes sounded like a death trap...lol. I wish more employees wore a mask but we kept our distance. They also let us check in almost 2 hours early. We were extremely exhausted after our flights. Front desk ladies were a joy as well. Will definitely stay here again.

Room was in poor condition. Looks like it was painted and nothing covered. Furniture and floor had specks of paint all over it. Cabinets in bathroom had kitchen had places where the wood had been worn away. Chairs had cover over old pieces of furniture. No extra sheets for pull out coach. Some of the walls need wiped down. We have travel 5 times since March and this was by far the worst hotel we have ever stayed in. This is our first stay at a Candlewood Suites and it will be our last.
