I travel OFTEN
Check in was average, professional
Property appearance was good.
Room was clean and the bed was comfortable
When i tried to shower before leaving i found that after over 30 minutes of running both the sink and bath water it never go more then room temp
I had to leave without showering
When i brought this to the front desk clerk the same person who checked us in he showed little care.
I will not return to this hotel

Had an enjoyable 4 night stay. Easy access to the main road to Hershey and the airport. No real complaints that warrant bringing up.

I enjoyed the free breakfast, friendliness of staff, location & reasonable rates. Hated the limited parking, & no daily maid service.

We stayed for one night passing through on our roadtrip in Pennsylvania. The room was good for the price, free wifi, parking and breakfast. Close to shoppingcenter, about 5 mins by car. Restaurants nearby as well. Worked very well for overnight stay.

Really nice hotel for the money, very clean extremely comfortable pillows were awesome. Water pressure in the shower was fantastic. Felt comfortable and safe. It’s in a good area. Easy to get to plenty of parking front desk clerk was very hospitable. I would definitely stay there again. Also it is pet friendly, and very inexpensive. I was really impressed with how clean it was….

They canceled our room/suite last minute due to construction. Created travel headache for family. They did not offer to discount a smaller room.

Room smelled damp and musty. Breakfast was powdered eggs and boiled sausages. Truckers were openly doing drugs in the parking lot.
