Courtyard by Marriott Houston Intercontinental Airport

Location was perfect. The breakfast was good for a hotel. All of the staff was polite. I think the shuttle should run 24/7. There were several people who needed transportation and the shuttle wasn't available.

Property was fine for a quick overnight stay during a long layover. I called ahead of time to verify that there was a shuttle available. Hotel is 4 miles from airport. I was told to get to pick up location at airport THEN call. I was told it’d be a 20 minute wait. Then was hung up on by reception. Then after 20 minutes I called back. Was told there was a delay because of “traffic” there was no traffic. Finally after an hour wait we were picked up and taken to the hotel. We had to be back to the airport by 5:30 the next morning. By the time we checked in and got to our room it was 11. (We had landed at 8:30). The hotel is nice enough, but would suggest getting an Uber if you want to avoid waiting a long time for a shuttle.

We needed something close to the airport for a layover and this worked but not sure I’d stay again. They didn’t have good dining and most food was out of their market place. The bed looked like someone had napped and then left it that way, it was made but the pillows had clear indentations where someone was laying against them. The bathroom had long black hairs in it, but was clean otherwise. Not super comfortable beds. Staff were nice!

Good accommodation. Near airport

The reservation didnt mention that there was a parking fee. We had 2 vehicles and were staying for sports not to travel to the airport. Would have been a great location if we were going to the airport. Also, the beds were full not queen as stated in the reservation. Other than that, the stay was nice.

The hotel is nice but the First Lady at the counter was not very nice. We travel 6 hours and happened to get here early and we try to check in early but she was not nice about it. Told us to come back at 3pm that’s when we can check in. 3:00pm when we can back the young lady that work this shift was very pleasant and accommodating. Housekeeping was pleasant as well. I usually get free water and breakfast since I am Marriott member. But $5 for water and have to pay for breakfast.

Great location, friendly staff. Very clean, ample parking. The room was spacious. I highly recommend staying here.

The layout of the room was great. Shower perfect for my disabled wife and the shuttle to the airport terminals was efficient and appreciated
