Shuttle never showed up. Had to pay an Uber. There is always a problem with the shared shuttle service at IAH. Initially told it would be 45 min. Kind of a long wait …. Then a no show.

The staff were friendly and helpful. Convenient location from the airport.
The facility is a little bit aged. The breakfast I had was bare minimum. Not suitable for long-stay.

We picked this airport hotel due to its low price and got basically what we paid for.
Overall our room was adequate. The beds were comfy and things mostly clean but there was plaster hanging off the ceiling on top of the AC unit, the hallway carpets were old and AC did not cool as well as it should so it got a bit hot at times.
Breakfast was ok but there was a power outage, not a fault of the hotel, which made the stay less than stellar. But if you just need a low cost place to stay the night before an early flight then this place will do.

The breakfast was good. The staff was friendly. There was restaraunt at a walking distance. The airport shuttle driver which was an older man, was so sweet & friendly. I let him know I didnt know my way around the airport and he made sure to explain to me where to go through to get to where I was going.

Shuttle service was very good, very timely both trips. This property is close to the airport. Budget friendly restaurants within walking distance. Property was good for budget minded guests. The bathroom was clean, as well as room. Essential is a good word for this property. Basic furniture, nothing outstanding but it worked. The bedding was the plus, so comfortable. Pillows were ok. Property condition is 6.5, but room rate was very reasonable so I won’t be negative.
