Service was great, we used the shuttle to get from the airport to the hotel and back the next day. The shuttle actually took us to dinner and back to a Mexican restaurant around there too. Nice service of the driver.
The room not so good. It was humid the whole time. At first I thought it was because the AC was just tuned on. Even when it got cold it was still humid. We were so tired didn’t request to move to a different room.

PrePaid for parking and there were no spots. Waited 45 minutes at the airport to be picked up by the shuttle after calling 3x. I’ve never waited this long with other hotels. Beyond frustrated and disappointed. Fortunately the staff are kind because I think this hotel would be doing poorly otherwise

I booked a room for my dad because his flight was cancelled. The room prices had just about tripled because of the hurricane which I thought wasn’t right considering. But what the hotel didn’t disclose when the room was booked is that they didn’t have power or water, which my dad didn’t find out till he showed up. I found it odd that this wasn’t disclosed since the site showed only one more room available. I don’t think it’s ok to not only raise the room rates during this time but also not disclose the lack of power and water. They ended up refunding the stay after he arrived but they should have just stopped showing availability till the fixed their issues.

I was disappointed in the way we were treated as customers by Hilton. Because of the Hurricane, power and electricity had been our for three days, which is understandable and out of anyones control. However, I feel that I should have been notified about the power and water outages before we arrived, not at 1 in the morning at the front desk after a long day of travel at which point there was no alternative but to stay at the hotel. There was no water, therefore no shower, no toilet, no brushing of teeth. There was no electricity in the rooms, so we had to fumble around with our phone lights. Hilton did not provide any contingency for water or lighting, not a bucket of water nor a flashlight or anything of the sort. Nor did they make any apologies for the inconvenience or attempts offer a discount or other incentives to make us feel like valued guests. We were charged full price for extremely bad customer service. It felt like corporate greed and complete lack of customer empathy.

I was never informed that the hotel did not have electricity and water, prior to making my reservation. The driver of the shuttle bus informed us that there was no electricity and water as we headed to the hotel. Upon arrival at the hotel, so many customers were standing at the lobby and the lobby was steaming hot. I did not even bother to wait in line because I knew it will be useless to start a dispute/grievance. I did not bother checking in and just waited outside for my sister to pick me up. Very disappointing and totally unsatisfied! That was so selfish/cruel/unprofessional of the hotel to keep accepting reservations without the necessities and complete lack of communication to inform the customers!

The guy at the dront desk upon my check in on 5/21 was very pleasant. The shuttle the next morning at 5am was punctual those are qualities I like.

I waited one hour for the shuttle to your hotel. Was not happy with that because I was exhausted. The fridge in the room is loud. Otherwise, I had a good stay. Thank you.

They let us make a last minute reservation knowing they had neither power or running water in the hotel. It was almost $300 and until we phisically got there we were given no indication of the issues. Once we got there and tried to cancel they said to go through the booking site and they would confirm the refund. When we did that they said to the booking agent they would not agree to the refund and just hung up the phone. There's plenty of other places bear the airport, do not trust this one!
