Sheraton name usually brings about a newer feel to the name. This building was old and you can smell it. Customer service was poor and the windows were really dirty. It wasn't nice to look out of the window. The only positive people in the building were the drivers to the shuttles. They brought out a happy vibe to the environment.

Nice hotel very close to the AirPort. Offers a shuttle and it os very conveniente. More than a restaurant it Offers a bar with a Limited food menu.

Good location close to intercontinental airport with airport shuttle. Nice clean rooms.
However with expensive room rate, complimentary breakfast NOT provided.

I felt the front staff could be friendlier. Hi stayed there because of a slight delay, so so on the clean, I desperately needed the hotel shuttle to pick me up from the airport. It never came. I ended up having to get a cab to go to the hotel. I did not like that, however, the shuttle was running the next morning

This is one of the best options if you just need a quick night before an early flight. The hotel is well maintained, and a far cry from some of the other seedy options in the area.

Do not stay here. Our vehicle was stolen from the parking lot even though “security” was patrolling. We have witnesses that believe security was in on it.

Usually a Sheraton property is lovely but this one leaves a lot to be desired. Customer service at front desk non existent. The purpose of room service is not to have to leave your room.. not to be told come down and get it yourself 😔
We are on holidays and want to be a little spoilt.
The food and beverage staff were great and the free shuttle to the airport was a bonus.
