Ramada by Wyndham Houston Intercontinental Airport East

It’s what you pay for on a budget and close to airport. It’s run down, there is an odd smell, the beds are comfortable but it’s very inexpensive for the location.

Overnight stay to take a flight out. The hotel is beautiful & clean. The staff were polite & friendly. Would definitely stay again.

Shuttle forgot we were inside, took an hour from airport to hotel. Shuttle service only every 30 minutes. Aircon is very loud. Front desk half asleep, didn’t even sit up for check out.

Check in went ok, asked for 1st floor room.. was not avail. Requested a shuttle for 4am. Was told to be the lobby by 345am.. which is fine. But now u know im only getting 4 hours of sleep... and you put me next to a block of rooms with partying teens and younger . Running the hall, garabage all over. It was awful. Atleast the bed was comfortable. Woke to the hallway being worse. Main floor had popcorn all over, used pool towels. Glass bottles in the parking lot that i wotnessed someone drive oer and smash... i wish i had taken pictues but was too tired from hesring the ramblings in the hallway

The hotel is good if you’re just planning to get there, sleep, and go to airport. A bit noisy though. People up all hours of the night. Woke up with trash by my door. Didn’t feel unsafe or anything but definitely would stay somewhere else if I have the opportunity/money next time.

Close to the airport

Booked & paid for the hotel a week in advance before the hurricane with a friend literally in the air flying into Houston, only to arrive and be greeted by the manager upon arrival outside that they are not allowing anyone in or out of the property, granted I understood the situation that a hurricane just blew through 4 days prior, but the manner of treatment in general upon arrival was unacceptable & totally uncalled for regardless of the situation, it's called customer care for a reason, it'd been better to nicely explain the circumstances of the situation rather than being barked at by a bulldog of a man as soon as you pulled under the carport to check in.

No one told us the airport shuttle had a flat that they were fixing. So much for the 24 hour shuttle

Ok to stay for a night close to airport, they were having a party at pool while we were there. Someone tried to open our door at night.

Close to the airport. Good value for money. Very friendly helpful staff. Shuttle to airport, though didn't work for us, clean and well set out. Bit older but facilities great for money.
