I love this hotel, most of the staff is great, Mateen the shuttle bus supervisor is awesome, and the breakfast is amazing. The hotel is very convenient to the Hobby airport.

I had to find an immediate place to stay because of a missed flight and the professionalism from the shuttle divers to the front desk was calming during frustration.

Comfortable bed and clean room/restroom. I wish there was a top sheet on the bed though instead of a partial duvet cover. Still very clean. Walls are a little thin. Could hear everything going on around us all night. The disturbing part was that of the 4 handicap parking spaces 3 of them had vehicles parked in them with no tags. I have bad arthritis and had to walk quit a ways to get to the hotel. I wish they would start checking and enforcing this.

Close proximity to Houston Hobby airport made it very convenient with our late flight arrival. My only complaint was the breakfast had not been replenished with 30 minutes remaining. The hostess was very quick to shut down and put everything away even though the breakfast area was full of guests.

Had to leave a review on this one. Edger who was working the front desk has a big heart. He went above and beyond helping a blind couple with their breakfast. Thank you Edger, it was nice waking up to folks helping each other out. Hotel was close to the airport and clean, would stay there again.

Desk staff gave different information about airport shuttle. Were not helpful at all. Beds were fine - close location to airport.
