Lovely hotel very near airport—perfect for relaxing after cruise and before flying. Evening restaurant was not available and no spa aside from that nice hotel

My experience was excellent. Some construction was going on but did not interrupt my stay in any way. Very close to the airport made it convenient for me.

Had issues with the shuttle service. Was assured they could take us and pick us up from a local restaurant. Waited for an hour for pickup before they finally said they weren’t coming and we had to hire a ride back

The hotel is older, needs a refresh. The area around the hotel felt unsafe, no real businesses or places to eat. They do offer transportation to the airport and that went smoothly.

Property was close to airport and they had a very welcoming staff. We had a very late arrival and the shuttle driver was extremely friendly and helpful. I believe his name was Marcus. Yet, all the staff was very friendly.

The customer service upon check in was amazing. The shuttle driver was absolutely THE WORST! I have never felt so disrespected. The hotel does not deserve a zero but the shuttle driver should not be a front facing customer support. HORRIBLE FOR BUSINESS
