On 10/24/24 My daughter and I enjoyed our stay.Room was nice and fully clean. Staff were very friendly. As far as breakfast we didn’t get a chance to check it out, due to we over slept. They provided a good line up of cable channels. The only thing they need is to change the carpet and put plank flooring and paint. The room is big. I do recommend traveler to book your room with Hotels.com for The quality Inn in Katy, TX

The property itself is fine for what it is. However they offer no airport shuttle. It’s surrounded by all the rental car facilities and there’s no where to get anything to eat, be it a restaurant or any type of store. Zip.

Pros: the hotel was clean, the staff was friendly. Cons: the continental breakfast was literally fruit loops, cheerios & they had 2 waffle machines. Check out was 11 but to stay an extra hour was $25. I always pick a hotel with breakfast and even if it’s continental they at least have some type of fruit and bread or bagels or something. I was very disappointed and soon realized why we were literally the only people in there. Also, $25 for a 1 hour late check out I felt was ridiculous. The hotel was clearly nowhere near max occupancy. I travel a lot and have never had to pay that for an hour late checkout.

Room had a cigarette smell even though the room was non-smoking. They did spray the room with something that eliminated the smoke scent. Also, we came back from a concert about 11:45 and 4 unrelated groups of guests couldn’t get in with our key cards at the front door or side door. After multiple calls to the front desk with no answer, one of the people had to call and wake up his wife to come down and let us in (it would activate and open from inside). Not at all helpful when you have an early flight. Definitely will not stay here again.

I really enjoyed the quiet. I had an early flight the next morning and i was able to get really good sleep because of how quiet it was. I also loved the weighted blanket. That helped my sleep quality a lot.

No information about you closing your hotel I traveled all with my family to your hotel and it was closed I have to look for another hotel and it was hard to find one You really put me in a very very bad situation I need a refund and compensation for all the hassle have put me and my family

its walkable to airport we had to leave like 20 minutes before breakfast start, at check-in we asked and were promised for something being ready but nothing was there :(

Second time to stay here before an early flight from Hobby. Very friendly staff, large clean room, comfortable bed. Good Mexican restaurant and McDonald nearby.

It was very clean and very welcoming. We got 2 rooms for our family trip and they were very clean and spacious. Breakfast wasn’t all that but we don’t stay at hotels for breakfast we like to eat out. Over all a very nice spot by airport and we didn’t not hear 1 airplane. We will be coming back to stay
