Overall, a good value for the price. Not the most convenient location unless you're flying in or out of Hobby airport. Complimentary breakfast was good, as was free parking, though it is open and uncovered (of concern during a hailstorm while I was there). Suite was clean, spacious, comfortable, and well decorated, with a few areas that could use attention (microwave turntable not working, inconsistent streaming access on TVs).

Never checked in. Waited in lobby last night for over 15 - 20 minutes and no one ever showed up. Lobby was so loud with other customers that I couldn't think. Tired from flying and driving 40 minutes to the hotel to not be able to check in. Went down the road to another Marriott property and checked right in. I would tell Marriott to take the Marriott franchise from them. Even went to off by the desk amd saw thier bad ratings. Now I understand why. Please do not change me for last night. I will dispute it. And if were Expedia I sure wouldn't offer them anymore. Laurie Young

Not bad overall…..no airport transportation, room was pretty decent. Been to better Marriott properties but not bad for the money

Absolutely amazing hotel. Right next to interstate so a little noisy outside. Next to Hobby airport so you can hear planes taking off and landing but they’re not bothersome. Room was immaculate! Mini fridge was super cold. Employees were so nice and accommodating!! Breakfast could use a bit more variety but food was good.

Nice room! However, you need to bring the airport shuttle back. It’s costing me $40 just to get here and back to airport. Unacceptable.

the absolute worst ever. my flight was cancelled at IAH at 1130p so I booked this so I could fly out of Hobby the next am. I was told when I arrived it was after midnight so my room was no longer available and they were sold out (even though my room was clearly empty). I was offered to stay across the courtyard at a dirty hotel. As I was leaving I was offered a Red Bull on the house to make me happy.....I shouldn't be charged. In fact I should be compensated for this completely unacceptable level of service
