Very close to rental car return. Shuttle to the airport is every half hour. Probably time for a new shuttle van. Rooms are clean. Beds are comfortable

Fine for a night before flying out of HOU, but certainly not a great place to stay for very long. The front desk worker was great. Appreciate her friendliness and helpfulness. The room just had a stinky smell and felt old.

Cleanliness was the biggest issue. Our room smelled very musty, since we needed a place to sleep we stayed. Once we started getting for bed is when we noticed hairs in the shower & mold. You could tell the chalked over the mold and it came right out. The place is close the airport, but the airplane noise weren’t an issue it was noise coming from the hallway. As soon as we woke up we took off to the airport.

We only stayed one night bc hotel was really close to Houston Hobby Airport. This is the hotel’s only redeeming quality. The condition of the hotel was only fair. We had to request a second room after our first room reeked of smoke. (Hotel says it is 100% smoke free). We tried to use the hotel’s laundry but the machine only takes coins. The lady at the desk had no change or coins to exchange, so laundry services were pointless. The room needed repair badly. Peeling wallpaper, stains on the shower and bedding were all subpar. The hotel smelled clean (except for our first room), but wasn’t. The worst feature is the clientele. Shouting coming from rooms in our hallway, several rooms had the tv blaring all night long (we left at 3:30 for our flight and the room next door had their tv on full blast). Honestly it seemed like people were living in the hotel. A shirtless man with sagging pants was walking around the parking lot smoking when we left at 3:30. I can’t recommend this hotel to anyone.

We called the hotel before booking this hotel-we called to ensure they had power. Arthur assured us they had power. We booked the room and drove across town. We instantly knew they had no power as the parking lot was full of people. Hanging outside on suite. In their cars. I went to the front desk and the lady confirmed that they had been out of power all day. I asked to speak to Arthur and she said he wasn’t there. We didn’t check in. We went home where we didn’t have power. The only reason we booked was due to the hurricane. Shame on them for stealing g our money and being dishonest at a time when our city was hurting -we will be disputing this charge (I couldn’t find a customer service number for hotels .com. Another disappointing

Everything was great except the shuttle stopped at 11:45 pm rather than midnight like it said on your website. So I had to get a Lyft.

Got there at 9pm. 1 family checking in when we arrived. Took 15 mins to check them in. Took 15 mins to check us in. Then we get up to the room and the door didn’t work. The front desk lady didn’t believe me and was making it seem like I didn’t know how to use a key card. She finally comes upstairs to “check it” and lo and behold- the door didn’t work. So then she went downstairs “to figure it out.” Now we had been traveling all day and the last meal was lunch. The restaurant was closing at 10pm… Finally st 945pm she gets a completely different room- we had booked a double queen but all they had was a king. Needless to say we didn’t get to go to the closer restaurant- we had to spend money on an Uber. Not impressed with customer service.

The hotel reeked of the smell of marijuana. The check in receptionist was very dry and unwelcoming. The only positive was the very nice airport shuttle driver. I will not return and I do not recommend.
