This was a quick overnight stay after flying into Jacksonville airport. It is very convenient to the airport and surprisingly didn't have aircraft flying over all night. Which is often a tradeoff for hotels so close to airport. Staff was very kind and helpful at checkin/checkout as well as a question I had. The room was comfortable, clean and spacious. Hotel shows a little age on it but not terribly dated as some can be. Only slight knock on the room was (as is often the case) the pull-out couch was very uncomfortable for anyone larger than a small child. We did not take advantage of the breakfast so can't speak to it's offerings or quality. Overall, a great place to get a night's sleep on your way to or from the airport.

Front desk staff did not say the shuttle van wouldn’t say comfort inn on it. Missed it for an hour. Van says EZ park on it.

The hotel was convenient to the Jacksonville airport. The staff was nice and accommodating. The free breakfast was good.

When we arrived early, staff was helpful and gave us directions to where we needed to go. Room was clean and quiet. There was plenty of parking.

This is a little older hotel but the room was amazing. It is very large with a separate area for the couch and bed. There is also a full sized desk for those who may have to work while there. The staff was very friendly and attentive. The only problem I have was in the description of the hotel it said there was extended parking for people taking flights but that was not available. However, there is a parking lot about one mile from the hotel that only charges $5 a day and it has a free shuttle to take you to the airport and pick you up. It is called Aloft. Overall I am very pleased with my stay and will definitely be staying here again.

Just after booking, Hotels.com sent this message directly from the hotel: "We will require $150 deposit which is refundable after we check the room. We are no smoking no pets hotels. We do not allow parties or sleep overs." What is a hotel that does not allow "sleep overs"? A week later, that $150 charge REMAINS on my credit card. The signs in the lobby try to make it appear this is a normal industry practice and any issues with the credit card holds are a problem with YOUR bank. There are 10 other Jacksonville airport hotels - I'm sure one of the others will be slightly less passive/agressive.

I chose this hotel based on the reviews, and proximity to the airport. Hotel was clean, staff were super friendly, and the breakfast was really good! A little dated, meaning, no USB ports in our room, just fyi. It was a little late to check out the beach, so we went for dinner, and hit an upscale outdoor mall, Town Center, about a 15 min drive. Also, each floor had their own wifi! If you have kids this will be a hit.
