The hotel in itself could be an amazing place, the convenience to the airport is spot on …the dining area is so elegant it giving a restaurant setting I was place on 2300 hallway, the service from the front desk was great especially Rena front desk person she was a sweetheart, honestly I try to never be negative but I need to voice my opinion on a few things since I reserved and stayed here, if you don’t share your experience how would the problem be resolved…. the rooms could be more update (drapes & bedding) the shower drains “horrible” the view of the window are filled with mold on the outside….I hope this will help and not hurt the establishment..hopefully if you know the issue you could fix the problem.

We are traveling to Tampa and stopped here as a halfway point in our drive. The hotel staff is very friendly, the Prosper bar/restaurant has a nice vibe, friendly staff, and delicious food (try the fresh catch tacos!). The bonus (for me) is the pool, which has lap lines to swim. Definitely a perk in an outdoor pool! The room was large, clean, and very comfortable. We didn’t need anything additional for our stay.

Enjoyed our stay. Staff were friendly, the room was cleaned. Although it took 3x’s to find a room with a shower that was handicapped accessible. Staff was helpful about additional parking and following through with request for additional blankets. For a few dollars more breakfast was buffet style or served. Would return again or recommend.

I really liked the airport shuttle. They came to pick us up very quickly. The shuttle driver was very friendly & funny.
