The staff was very accommodating and friendly, Stephanie was a blessing with the shuttle service and happy to help.

The first room assigned had a strong smell, like mold and I had to request a change of room. Front desk as super nice and accommodating and moved me quickly to another room. Overall was good just needs some maintenance. The wallpaper was coming off in the bathroom, no body wash in dispensers but the rest was good. Great layout for the room and very comfortable. The shuttle driver, Mike was super nice and friendly. I would stay again.

The hotel is nice. The staff seemed over worked. 2nd night, the bar closed early due to staff shortage. Called 2x for a shuttle, the first night, to pick us up from a restaurant. Never showed. Had to call an uber. Room was clean. The staff was friendly.

There was a woman, I think her name was Walinda? Who knew we had a hard day traveling in the tropical storm and she made our welcome and stay warming even though we were only there for a few hours to catch a flight. I only wish she was there when we checked out so I could thank her personally. She's a beautiful person!

The staff here go above and beyond to make our stay pleasant. We have stayed here twice and used their shuttle service to/from airport. They even allowed us to leave our luggage since our cruise arrived early. We will always stay here when we come to Jacksonville.
