The shuttle they claim they offer doesn’t run until after 11 pm. My daughter and I had travelled all day and had to sit on the tarmac for two hours just to find this out. Then not to mention, they weren’t there at 11, but finally showed up at 11:30. When we get to the room the floor was soaking wet and no one ever claimed to check it or anything. I’ve stayed at many holiday inn expresses and this is by far the worst one I’ve ever been to. It’s usually a very good experience with nice people. Not the case here.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is nice, clean and the rooms are a nice size. We used the airport shuttle which was very quick to pick us up and gave us dining recommendations.

Start of our couple vacation flying out to Montana and ordered a king bed...got 2 double beds. Nothing available to swap rooms

A standard room was booked with two double beds and the room only had one bed in it. We were not offered cots or pillows or blankets to assist with the fact that we had 4 individuals that needed sleeping arrangements at 11pm at night while traveling. Will not come here again due to thr lack of accommodations.

Excellent location to the Jacksonville airport. Property was clean and neat. Rooms were nice - a little rough around the edges but definitely worth the location and price. Would stay here again.

The front desk woman when I checked in was very kind and had me checked into my room very quickly. The morning desk woman was also very kind and helped me orient myself for my very early flight. Thank you to both of you. It was a difficult trip for me, and they helped ease part of it.
