There was no airport shuttle when I arrived. The following morning the airport shuttle was out picking up employees. Had to get a Lyft. The shuttle returned 45 minutes later at the same time as my Lyft.

Complete dump with room that smelled like mold. Lobby area was a mess and one person on staff to work front desk, drive airport shuttle, prepare food, etc. Best Western should pull their flag...

We enjoyed the room. The bartender was also the shuttle driver so that was hit or miss. We came back three times to get served a beer.

Super quick check-in, HUGE room! Incredibly quiet. The picture is what the place looks like. Friendly and helpful staff, which is needed because there's nothing really within walking distance of this hotel except another hotel. This is very close to the airport with a shuttle and near the KC office of the FBI. I noticed several airline personnel from different airlines staying there too. It feels like it's out in the middle of nowhere, which is what you would want for a safe and quiet night of sleep. It's near the interstate, but I never heard any road noise nor noise from nearby KCI. It had bar service in the breakfast area that evening and an awesome breakfast in the morning. The usuals, but also an oatmeal bar, which was nice.

Close to the airport. Next to the Hilton. Gas station / convenience store a two minute walk away. Plenty of parking.

Pretty decent property but that's about it. Not terrible but nothing great. Staff was friendly and breakfast staff was superb! Breakfast was pretty good being a hot bar area and quite a few options. Room seemed cleaned but building outdated structurally. We stayed on second floor and under the carpet in the hall were spots it seemed the sub floor was coming up or missing. Enough to give you a little trip here and there. Great location to airport and was some restaurants within 10 min drive.
