Hilton Kansas City Airport

My room was not clean when I checked led I. I had to go all the way back down to the desk to change rooms. I went to dinner and returned only to realize this was a pet friendly floor… not an issue with pets, however barking dogs. I called again to the desk however not wanting to change rooms again after flying going in from California I stayed in the room. But to my disappointment the bathroom sink had not been cleaned well in this bathroom. I feel it is u fair to charge a parking g fee when you are spending the night when there is plenty of parking and this is not mentioned till much later in the booking process.

Nice place to stay near the airport. 24 hour shuttle makes a big difference if you are coming in late at night. Close to shopping and dining.

Good place to stay and the shuttle pickup to the airport is a hugh bonus!!

Easy parking, quick check in and out. The rooms could use some tlc as the ceiling looks like a leak just happened and was brown and leaning down, not only in my room but another guest we had 2 rooms. AC seemed to not blow to much air so felt a little warm and it was below 70. Pool area was nice and clean. Was a great stay, we would stay again.

We got a good deal on it so it was definitely worth every penny. Nice hotel, nice rooms. Everything is 5 star. One thing I didn't like is that they charge $11 or something like that for parking. There is a big parking space, not sure if it's there's or not, but seems like they charge for it because they can. What other option do you have? So you will pay. Never stayed where you have to pay for parking. What is next, charge for water? For elevator? For ac/ heater?

Very convenient property for an early morning flight out of KCI. Shuttles run every 15 minutes.

The hotel was very clean and the staff friendly. Offered lots of otpions for food in the hotel as well as pletny in the surrounding area. For how close it is to the airport, there was little to no noise from traffic (car or plane). Only compliant is you are not able to adjust the temperature in the rooms.

I messaged the hotel we were arriving late, our flight was delayed and needed the shuttle service with no response, called and nobody answered, wrote for a second time with no response. Arrived to KC airport at 2:00am and no shuttle service available. Luckily enough managed to get an Uber.
