Best place to stay near the airport!

Enjoyed our stay. Not too far from things to do. Close to the airport and restaurants. Had to ask for a bit of extra toilet paper and towels from the staff but otherwise it was a great stay

Loction to the airport was ideal. Made it easy to get in and out easily.

I got a great rate and I really wanted to like this hotel, but there were some issues that kept it from being a great stay. It’s near the airport in an area that seems to be going through a lot of development. (Lots of new streets and construction.) This hotel seems like it is an older property that has had recent renovations, and some of the parking spaces are taken by construction equipment. The desk clerk at check in was friendly and attentive. My room had a kitchenette. The bed was comfy and the pillows were great. The problems seemed to be all related to renovations that were not done well. The countertops seemed like new marble (nice), but the cabinets were cheap wood and falling apart. Caulking around the tub was messy. Bathroom faucet was lose and moved around when turning the water on and off (like it had not been securely fastened to the counter). There were a few drywall patch jobs that were sloppy. The A/C unit…well, the entire plastic housing was detached from the unit and just sat on the floor, exposing the guts of the heater/air conditioner. It worked, but it was just sloppy and potentially unsafe. I got the sense that the owners were trying to up their game to compete with a couple of competitors with brand new properties nearby, but the quality of the work was just sub-par. I wish them well, I really do. If they continue to offer low rates, it might be worth putting up with these kinds of things, the choice is yours.

Very old and musty. Shower had visible mold. Bed was okay. Walls were pretty thin so you could hear cars on highway and everyone walking around. Was very cheap compared to nearby so you get what you pay for. I wouldn’t have minded except for the mold and noise as it was a one night stay before a early flight.

Limited parking if pulling a trailer. Not a drive through lot

Check in great- staff very welcoming and friendly. Room was below average for a Mainstay. Mirror was in the closet, paint was peeling off the bathroom ceiling, kitchenette cabinets and vanity cabinets were dirty and shower still had soap and shampoo on the walls. Ample parking and Blue Mouse within walking distance.

I was upgraded to a 3rd floor room instead of a first floor room by the kind attendant who saw that I was a older woman travelling by myself. The room was comfortable and clean but needed new lampshades. Breakfast was good.

Needed a hotel near the Knoxville airport on short notice. The price was fair, the staff very helpful, and room was nice. I would recommend this place.

We travelled to TN for a memorial service for my brother. My two sons were with me and I wanted to find a place with a pool, to try to offer them some light downtime on such a sad reason to be there. We were told that the pool inspector hadn't been by and thus, the pool was unavailable. HOWEVER, we saw two men that were able to get into the pool that evening, as there was no lock in place and they were not informed of the uninspected status. I took a photo of them in the pool and told the young lady at the desk the next morning and ask that Management get back to me. They never did. Upon eating breakfast we saw a roach run across the floor from the food cabinets/counters. I informed the young lady, so that they'd know and perhaps take action to prevent further infestation. Our bathroom bottom cabinet door was broken off (took a picture) and just laying inside the underside of the sink. The exhaust fan was filthy with dust and God only knows what else. I have asthma and the very least they could do is dust the vents to appear clean. The front desk area has paint missing from the wall behind the desk, where it looks worn or rubbed away. They could very easily touch that up to be more presentable. They offer no diet options for drinks in their refreshment cooler for purchases. The drink machine that offers four juice/water options for breakfast only had two containers inside it. Apple or Orange juice. The waffle dispenser was so clogged. No one called about a discount.
