Fairfield Inn & Suites Memphis I-240 & Perkins

The room had exposed outlets. The curtains did not block any outside lights like the glaring parking lot lights. Might as well left all the lights on in the room to sleep. Beds were ok. No vending to speak of. Had to be let into the lobby by a desk clerk because of safety issues. Big red flag. Should have traveled up to Arkansas. I was extremely disappointed. Never stop in Memphis ever again.

We only booked this location for the pool and breakfast - traveling with grandchildren. At check In we were told the pool was being converted to a patio. Imagine how disappointed the children were. Hotels,com please update your hotel profile. The carpet tack strip also had exposed nail heads and one of the children stepped on it Breakfast was good and service friendly.

There are plenty of other hotels near the Memphis airport; stay in one of them. This place is poorly run, dingy, and I genuinely thought I was going to be attacked at the gas station next door. Oh and the pipes randomly screech every few hours.
