Overview

Reviews for the Sleep Inn & Suites paint a concerning picture. While some guests found the location convenient and appreciated the soft towels and beds, overwhelmingly negative feedback points to significant issues. Many reports cite uncleanliness, including stained carpets, moldy coffee makers, and even cockroaches. The breakfast is also criticised, described as minimal and unappetising. Furthermore, there are multiple accounts of safety concerns, including loitering individuals, drug use, and even reports of finding needles and ammunition in the parking lot. The overall impression is one of a property needing significant improvement in terms of cleanliness, maintenance, and guest safety.

People hanging out in the lobby and outside front area and in parking lot sitting in their cars. One lady drugged out hanging out in the front when we were checking in, she was passed out in the lobby chair when we were checking out the next morning

My stay with this hotel was terrible, the staff was rude and insensitive to the fact that we requested room service every day for a week, and no one ever came. This hotel had roaches coming out of the shower..Our last night we were given another room with a broken toilet and had to use the restroom in the lobby.. there are NO SIGNAGE where I was parked distinguishing the handicap parking from regular parking… however I receive a parking ticket that I will be suing this hotel for…I took pictures to prove there is no handicap parking signs…book this hotel at your own risk! The service was terrible! Someone else had a ticket on their car and this was the sign

When we got to the hotel, there were signs, not firearms allowed, threatening prosecution, etc. I don't travel without a firearm to protect my wife and self. This should have been up front in info about the hotel. I'd never stay at a place that tried to prevent me from protecting my family and myself. (I carried it in anyway). There were no towels in the room. At all. When we were given towels, we got two bath towels, two facecloths. No face towels, no bath mats. I had to use my own clothing for a bath mat.

Excellent for the price. Sketchy looking people in parking lot and inside. Strong, bad smell in room, but clean. Soft towels and soft bed. I would stay again, if the room doesn't have that funky smell. Staff was very nice at check in and check out.

It’s an old Holiday Inn Express now owned by a foreign sole proprietor who also owns an Ihop next door. Both are old and not well kept. Everything from the mattresses to the towels were lowest cost items. 3 pillows on a king sized bed. Bathroom light barely worked. My GF had to put on her makeup in the hallway. Left overs in the fridge from previous occupant. On our morning walk I found a used syringe with needle in the parking lot, and a live 9mm round on the sidewalk out front.

Absolutely disgusting place, staff, and clientele, except for their kids. I truly feel bad for all the kids running around this place and playing with ice machines. The whole hotel is filthy. Not just because there is very little selection and no coffee at the breakfast, I wouldn't eat here. There were holes in walls, sections of flooring missing and other flooring seeping with liquid when stepped upon. It was gross and scary. I'm surprised my car wasn't damaged in the parking lot. The photos online are not at all representative of reality.

I like the location of this motel near the high way, and restaurants, and parking spaces. Breakfast was terrible.

I liked the location. It was like 15-20 minutes to downtown Beale St.Close to the airport and Graceland. Breakfast was good especially the cinnamon rolls. Carpet could use some deep cleaning.
