Not obvious enough that the airport shuttle needs to be scheduled. Making sure that this is obvious pre booking avoids unnecessary frustration for guests once they are trying to get to you after a long day of travel and can avoid them standing for long periods of time at the airport waiting for a shuttle that will never come. A couple of bottles of water would have been a very nice touch. There is a coffee machine in the room but no water to make even 1 cup if I wanted to.

Stayed overnight to take someone to the airport. Very clean, friendly staff. Would do it again as I live 3 hours away from the Miami airport and it made the whole process so much easier as the shuttle took us from the hotel to the airport so I avoided driving/ parking in such a complicated airport

I had an unexpected layover in Miami. Great wifi, acccomodations with a transfer to and from the airport. Little restaurant next door had the best burger too!
