Sleep Inn Miami International Airport

The room was average in size, there was a big moisture problem in the room. The sheets felt wet and the walls in the bathroom had severe water damage and were just painted over. I hope the air system is looked at soon as I feel there could be possible air contamination. If this place had some maintenance and better up keep I might stay here again as it is close to the airport and cruise ports.

It was a great stay unfortunately, I was misinformed about the airport shuttle and we missed the last shuttle of the evening and had to pay for an Uber to the hotel.

It was a one night stay because my flight was cancelled. The place was a responsible price.

The hotel was fine, clean, nice rooms with all that you need. The staff was there, but not very nice or particular helpful. All services was of no use for us as we arrived late and left early to go to the airport, which meant no breakfast, and no shuttle in the morning as it didn't start before 6 am. You would think an airport hotel might offer these services all the time, but they didn't. We did use the shuttle after returning our rental, and it was a close call as the last shuttle was at 8:30 PM, and it was somewhat difficult to find the spot where the shuttle would pick us up.

The front desk agent and shuttle driver was super nice

They promiss a free shuttle service but this service never goes by the terminals, I was waiting for more then an hour and a half (at 7pm) and finally decided to get an uber, the cost for this uber was NOT reimbursed by the hotel, so if you pick this hotel for their shuttle service please think again

Comfortable and easy to get to and from downtown, airport and cruise line.

Really smooth check in, and had a room with shower instead of a bath which is amazing it’s such a rare occasion that I get one of these that I always am over the moon about it. I also had a fridge with a tiny freezer and a microwave. Really great. All I would need. Comfortable bed and air conditioning I was happy with everything. Maybe except the shuttle information. The email sent info about the old location according to the airport person I talked to but at the airport it’s visibly signposted and you can ask people

Convenient location, restaurant, free airport shuttle, nice and clean rooms and friendly staff

We stayed the night before our flight. Very comfortable bed, early breakfast included, awesome pool, an very clean. Staff were very friendly. Easy check in an out! Close to the airport
