Located near Miami airport on a busy road. The sound insulation needs improvement. Room was was big , bed was big and comfortable. Renovations are currently being carried out so hopefully sound deadening will be improved/applied.

I have a 8 hour layover book B&B service spacious room and clean environment. Definitely will be booking when I come to Miami to stay

This property seems to be in the midst of renovations, and a lot of unfinished work is noticeable. For example, the curtain on our window was hanging off the brackets, and the hot tap on our bathroom sink was broken. We were still quite comfortable, and would consider staying there again, once the renos are completed! The only real negative for us was the airport shuttle. It did not automatically make the trip, would only be sent if called for. However, my Canadian cell phone doesn't work in the US, so I had no way to call. Ended up waiting an hour, then taking a taxi for $40.

When we got there, the hotel is under remodulation. Staff were really friendly. They assisted us with 2 queens bedroom instead of kingsize bedroom due remodulation of the rooms. The rooms were clean, bathroom as well. Beds were really soft to sleep on! They do have breakfast included but we went to IHOP instead. That’s literally 1 minute walk away.
Very close to the airport, very easy when getting back to the car rental to drop off. The morning traffic might be really something but this hotel is just right there. You may send packages to the hotel but 1-2 weeks prior arrival only and the charge will be around $3-$5 depends on the packages. Parking space was easy. Right in front of the hotel.

I stayed there for only one night and I had to leave very early in the morning due to my next flight time. The small distance to the airport and some options of restaurants nearby the hotel were very convenient for my trip.

It’s a good option near airport. For below $70 you get airport shuttle that runs twice per hour and free breakfast with eggs and bacon. The room is ok for basic accommodation.

Due to a five hour Miami Airport I was to late to use the shuttle bus or get food so not impressed with the day after checking in at midnight. People coming from outside the country don't have access to a phone. It the hotel uses WhatsApp or FB messenger then a customer can use the airport wifi to make contact that would reduce stress and make life easier.

Shuttle service to/from airport was not advertised as limited hours. We were not able to be picked up or dropped off to airport despite it being advertised as an airport hotel with shuttle service. The name of the hotel outside was also different which made me warry if I was even at the correct location. Furniture in lobby/dinning and room were very run down.
