we had a double booking so both stays was ok but the service needs work our first stay the young lady at the counter was not so friendly plus we missed out on the shuttle for our cruise based the info we got from her so we had to get a uber instead the second stay a gentleman at the counter we got assigned a room with the room key that was not vacant so we basely was trying to get in another guests room

The receptionist who checked me in wasn’t kind . She was rude. Everything else was excellent. The driver for the airport was nice and kind

The room was fine. The staff were, nice checking in and out was smooth. They even checked us in early which was very convenient. The shuttle to the ship was great. They shuttle from the airport didn't work out, after waiting 2hours we gae up and took a cab.

We stayed overnight before our cruise. They offer free shuttle to and from the airport as well as a separate free shuttle to and from the port. The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. The only reason i couldn't give 5 stars is because there was a moldy smell in the hallway.

We got into my Amy too late to use the airport shuttle but we use the cruise shuttle for our cruise. We set it up the morning we left. The room was clean. It did have some imperfections, but nothing major. The bed was soft and I had good water pressure in the shower. I would definitely recommend for anyone flying into Miami that’s going on a cruise.
