Good price and comfy stay! Dogs parking from property next door but nothing too bad!

1) Both of the two beds in the room were obviously too old and were VERY soft, and caused back pain for both of us! They definitely need to replace these beds! It made it hard to sleep, which is the main reason you rent a hotel room! For this reason, I would not return to this hotel. 2) No elevator on property made it a pain to take suitcases up and down. 3) A "service fee" of $10 was added, but for no particular service or amenities. It's nothing more than a junk fee, just a way for them to make more money, after getting you interested showing a lower pre-fee/pre-tax room rate. There is absolutely no excuse for this fee! 4) I was surprised to be told at check-in that there would be a $100 hold put on my credit card, to be refunded at check out! I've never experienced this before. Not being part of a rock group, or a young party person (we're two senior women travelers), I can't believe that this is warranted for fear of our damaging the room. 5) The "deluxe" room we had was nice, clean and felt spacious, especially because of the high vaulted ceiling. But the terribly soft beds and the lack of elevator took away from the room. 6) The manager, who we met during the continental breakfast the next day, was very nice. We had a pleasant conversation with him. The man at check-in was also nice and polite. 7) The breakfast is an ok continental breakfast, with a few cereals, milk, packaged oatmeal and drinks. It's not lavish, but was good enough.

Big room. Comfortable bed. Large bathroom. Central location. Ample parking space. Daily room cleaning (PROS) Towels need to be replaced by management, most are worn out. Breakfast so so (CONS)

This was a quick one night trip. The room was clean, spacious and decorated nicely. We stayed upstairs in a king room with a fireplace. The bed was comfortable and shower was nice and had great water pressure which is a huge bonus in my book! There was plenty of parking and it was quiet. I like that you could actually open the windows which is not the case in many hotels. Overall a great choice if you want to spend a little less and are ok staying off the main canary row area. It’s still in a location that you can walk or bike from.

Love that each room has a gas fireplace! We love it and book here because of it. Free parking which another plus! Very friendly staff and very customer oriented! It’s a hidden gem for budget conscious travelers!

Very easy to find, easy check in and check out. Simple little breakfast provided. Free parking. Nice large clean room, a little sparse but everything was in good order. One downside was the WiFi was lacking, weak signal and spotty.

Our room was very nice, clean and comfy. A fireplace add a special ambiance to the room, we liked it very much, especially that it was raining. Bathroom was big and really comfortable. This place is easy to walk from to any restaurants and downtown, but still is quiet. The parking lot is a bit tight, so be careful if you have a bigger and/or longer car. The receptionist was very kind and helpful. Breakfast is a joke, so if you count on any food before you leave further on your trip, buy it elsewhere.

Nice staff, large room, walk-in shower, quiet AC, coffee machine, small refrigerator, parking. Not so good... a very worn-out soft mattress, that needs to be replaced immediately. Also should deep clean the room and bathroom.

Everything is good, just parking is a bit packed, the passage around the corner is barely okay, there is a flower bed limited the space.
