Easy beach access, two parking lots and the entertainment was AMAZING! My 11 year old loved it and they had fun for the whole family

We had what appeared to be black mold in our room. No dish in microwave could not use it. Parking was terrible no room in our parking garage had to park across the street to unload. No elevators in garage. Check out we waited on compass cove elevators 30-45 minutes. I’m 68 my husband 74. We will not go back to Compass Cove they are not like they once were. Awful stay. Oh and don’t forget the tantrum baby the couple would not move as we were trying to get up to our moldy room. They let her block our way and just screaming. Compass Cove employee standing right there.

The room was on the first floor right at the bar, it was loud all the time, ask to move , would have to check out and wait till 4 to come back, rediculous. We tried the buffet breakfast one morning,it was terrible, and over priced for what was there. The whole resrt needs attention, several levels of the parking deck were closed, so you never find a spot to park on your floor. Also checkin takes forever, stood in line from 4 till 445 to get checked in. We will not be back to this dump!!!!! It was one of our favorites for years, but not anymore.

The hotel was nice. Room was comfortable. Great view from the balcony. Parking was tight at times. There is a parking garage on site but VERY tight turns.( we have a midsize truck and needed to back up to turn up the ramp). There is a garage across the street that always had plenty of parking. They had 2 waterslides along with several pools and 2 lazy rivers. I wish they had a bigger outdoor pool. There were 2 restaurants on site and a coffee shop.

Our particular unit was outdated & not in good repair. The furniture was dirty & the kitchen chairs were torn. Very limited supplies in the kitchen. Unit sleeps 6 but only one parking pass. Toilets barely flushed. The elevators were extremely slow & very hot. Definitely felt like I overpaid for the property received. I was disappointed with our accommodations.

Staff was rude as soon as we got there to check in they sent us to the wrong building and sent us to room number that doesnt even exist on property we had to pack everything back up go get room keys corrected and get thr right room. We had handicap plates and needed easy access to property and they barely had parking in our building and only parking was a cross the street at a parking deck without a elevator. The pools were nasty. The one night we ate at the restaurant on resort we got food poisoning. Worst experience at a resort in myrtle beach in a long time will never stay here again

Compass Cove is an older resort but well maintained. 2 parking garages available. Multiple pools but on the smaller side. Beach is always nice though. Live music in the afternoons was fun too.

Resort was clean with lots of amenities, lots of restaurant choices, good parking, and in a very convenient location. Staff were very friendly and helpful. They really need to work on a better system for checking in. It took over an hour.
