It was comfortable beach right down stairs and pool however the parking area was small and the lower area scraped the hell out of our car was very dangerous to drive over even going really slow and at an angle I would park in the additional parking and walk across the street to avoid damage to vehicle

Awful. Never showed up for room service. Dirty walls...room smells..smoking...dingy hallways and smell like mold...sometimes no parking

The room was clean spacious and very adequate for our stay. It is not the nicest hotel ever, but definitely not the worst. Room was clean and roomy enough for 5 people to feel like they had their own space. The biggest complaint I had was how tight the parking is, but that is all of Myrtle Beach

Overall, we enjoyed our stay. The facility is older but was as clean as it could be made. Biggest complaint: only 2 elevators to service all 13 floors. At check-in time especially (4pm), you would wait a very,very long time for a ride to your floor. Next biggest complaint: not enough parking on site. But the extra parking always had room, and it wasn't a horrible walk.
Just so you know: there are 2 pools: one large pool and another kiddie pool.
Views are beautiful and access to the beach was perfect.
It is a good, yet older property.

The only "complaint" I had was the tiny parking lot filled up quickly. The only other parking is across the street, but it's not free. Or atleast I didn't see any free parking for Grande Resort customers.

All of my flights got cancelled due to the global issues we had July 19th and they refused to refund me even though we never got to stay there

The facilities were a bit dated and the beds weren't the comfiest in the world but palatable. They were what I was expecting for the price.
The staff was nice and friendly no complaints there at all. The views and beach access were nice. The pool was nice but the latters need stablized. The parking was average for the area. The worst part though was the elevator. It was extremely slow and I mean that in the utmost.

My family and I really enjoyed our stay! The view was incredible, the best part of the hotel! The pool came in a close second. The family suit was the perfect size. Only down side about the room was the beds were pretty uncomfortable, felt like I was sleeping on a board. The biggest issue with this hotel is the elevators or lack there of. With only have 2 elevators most of the time is was alot faster to walk the 7 flights of stairs. We would definitely stay here again just because of the location and how affordable it was.

Our room was super clean. I brought Lysol wipes and even the wipes were staying clean; besides on the balcony door handle. I was VERY surprised with how clean it was. Older yes but they must have just remodeled. The parking was okay, just park on the bottom and it’s not tight at all, plenty of spots. Our toilet got clogged and they fixed it asap. Zero complaints. I have no clue why the reviews aren’t higher. Oh the beds weren’t amazingly soft but they were even new.

The balcony, pool and beach access made up for the bad shape the hotel was in, desperately needs a renovation or just a thorough cleaning. Shower door wouldn't stay close, paint peeling on the ceiling and when you'd sit on the toilet it rocked. Needs more outlets and some lamps/wall decor would go a long way. And the parking lot access was wayyyy too narrow. We won't be staying there again.
