We had a great time, lovely view. The only thing we didn’t care for was having to park so far away, using the long passcodes to get in the door- no key cards. The parking was a little cramped other than that excellent experience and would go back again to stay.

The property was filthy dirty except for the parking garage level. The front desk staff was rarely engaged and more interested in their cell phones. We brought towels to the front desk to exchange and on all but one occasion were told to put them in the linen shoot ourselves after we counted in front of them. We left and went to another property!

Great time. We were late in our travels so I called and let them know. Lady at desk was super nice and just marked my room so I didn't lose it. Pools and hot tubs were fabulous!

The room was clean, parking was good, convenient location, and this place is pretty pet friendly for my Cairne Terrier. My only gripes were the beds which were uncomfortable and noisy plus I never stayed at a hotel that was so strict about check out time which they didn't allow a bit of a late checkout. If you don't leave by 10am someone will be banging on your door in 5 minutes.

Beautiful beach, good parking, The hotel and fixtures were dated. The folks at the front desk were phenomenal happy and helpful. We stayed 4 days and didn't see housekeeping. Had to ask for towels and shampoo and went to desk for a broom to sweep on day 3. The tub sink and shower were almost unusable due to water pressure issues. We did not report any if this and were informed by the Management that we should have. Our bad.

Well we didn’t expect the full size refrigerator and we enjoyed the view of the beach from the balcony. The room had a smell to it and on the last day when it rain the parking garage had areas of rain coming through falling on cars (ours) which another lady and myself thought that was crazy being you are underneath and should be staying dry. Other than anything else, we had a great time and enjoyed ourselves and the room was more than we could have imagined.

I hate that Expedia keeps pushing this review to my email and requires text input. That in itself is annoying enough for me to stop using Expedia. The hotel itself is fine, about what I expected for a cheap rate at a pet-friendly place. The dog-walk area is a well-maintained small (maybe 15x20') AstroTurf courtyard inside the underground parking garage with open-air access to the street-level.
