It was just a short stay by the airport to get an early flight. But everything was nice clean and comfortable . I love that it was dog friendly

Hotel staff was nice. Room was clean. My only issues were the water never got hot, only luke warm, and they tired to bring in a third party company to attempt to steam clean the rug and the ac unit. I was traveling with animals and didn’t want them in my room with out me. We were in town for a softball tournament and so our schedule was not set in stone. I offered for them to come in at 8:30 in the morning and the cleaner started on the opposite end of the hotel. I told them I’d be back at approximately 2 PM, and then we won that game and ended up staying at the field until 430. It was definitely very stressful worrying about whether or not they were disrupting my dogs by trying to steam clean my carpet and the AC unit. That definitely should not have been attempted that over a weekend and not while guests are actually staying in rooms. I don’t trust this third party company. I barely trust the hotel staff. Nobody should be entering my room when I’m not there. The biggest kicker was fact that they never told us at check-in. This would be happening. I just happen to see a note the next day at the counter when I went to ask a question.

Place is in need of major cleaning. Stairways are dirty and need painting. Location is good. Very close to airport. Elevators are very slow.

Staff was friendly. Room, hallways and pool area were clean. Large well lit parking lot. Dog friendly and nice pet walk area. I liked that all exterior doors to rooms are kept locked and only accessible with key.

Hidden gem! Week getaway to celebrate hubbys! Walkable to beach, city bus stop that takes you to airport and local attractions. Waffle House, McDonalds and Walmart all in walking proximity. Spacious rooms no carpet ( which I love) Micro and fridge in room, laundry room onsite and great complimentary coffee daily! Friendly and professional staff. I would definitely come again..standing ovation to all from housekeeping to Management! Thanks for making our stay a great one!

This hotel is very close to the airport which was important to us.

The check-in had more paperwork than I've ever experienced, and I'm questioning why. Hallways and elevator were extremely hot. A small bag of candy in the lobby was $7 so we left and got snacks at Walmart. No refrigerator. Cold water was very warm. Bathroom was clean. Room smelled of lemon cleaner but floor was dirty. Wake up call was so complicated we have up. Only 1 small bar of soap. Would have been nice to have one for shower, one for sink. Called front desk for more soap and wash cloths but nobody answered and the elevator was so hot and claustrophobic we skipped going down 3 flights of stairs. Tv is small for room. No dirty laundry bag. Hair dryer is dirty and sticky. Overall, you get what you pay for.

We had an early flight out of MYR and wanted a room close to the airport. I checked the reviews and thought 7+ would be ok but it was not. First, the room was not clean- it wasn’t filthy but definitely not clean. The entire hotel was dated with a terrible elevator, hot hallways, dingy floors and paint, and musty smells. There was trash piled up in all the exterior trashcans running on the ground. There was trash all around the pool outside in piles. Someone walked in off the street, stripped to her underwear, and took a quick dip in the pool. There was a fight in the adjacent parking lot while we were in the pool and police came. People were up and down the hallways yelling. I got stuck in the hallway trying to get to the lobby (literally locked in) and the shower had a terrible leak with a short shower head that shot straight into my face (I’m 5ft 4). Luckily it was for only a short stay or we would have gone elsewhere. The only positive was that the receptionists were nice.

We were staying only the one night in order to catch a 7 a.m. flight the next morning. Unfortuntely, around 7p.m., we were notified that our flight had been canceled and we needed to arrange for a new one. I did not have my laptop with me. Went downstairs and Heidi was a wonderful help in assisting me to reschedule a later flight. She actually saved not only our visit with family in NY, but my sanity!

Stayed 3 nights, easy five minute walk to beach. Had a nice pool area, clean and fairly quiet. Rooms were clean, seemed very spacious. Fridge, TV and cold air conditioning. Plenty of parking, food on both sides and just down the street. Will stay here next time.
