We loved this new hotel. The airport is close as well as Opryland Resort. The staff were cleaning everything. The room was sort of loud though. Also the breakfast was a flop. Delicious coffee though! We would definitely stay here again.

Great guy at very late check in!! Nice hotel, clean and comfortable. Very close to the airport. Will absolutely stay here again.

Hotel is clean and has a great location. No coffee or microwave in the room. Parking is a big problem. Lot is full all the time because the hotel provides park and ride spaces for travelers to the airport. It is a great place if you need a cheap place to park and ride. Not good if you are not flying somewhere. I will not stay here again. Too many other choices.

My stay was great except the fact I was charged $150 for a night when I had already paid in advance. It has been nothing but a hassle trying to get my money back because they decided to go in and charge my card for no reason. Not to mention the parking was nearly impossible to find a spot every time.

New, very comfortable hotel. Surprisingly quiet given its proximity to the airport. Very much appreciated the EV chargers which the reason I chose this hotel rather than another similarly priced hotel. Hotels.com Please add ‘EV chargers’ to your filters!

Would have been a five star if the airport shuttle put me in happiest of missing my flight. Syrah was helpful and courteous. Bed was comfy, and I like the fact the room was not cold, and they use big bottles for shampoo- all good for the environment.

Nice place to stay. The room was a tad small but overall a good place. Hard to find a parking spot in the evening but they let us park anywhere on the property so it worked out lol

We had a great stay. Just know that the planes fly directly over this hotel. Not all night but until late evening and early in the morning.
