The hotel was nice and the staff was nice but beware in the morning when we left we saw 10 cars in the parking lot that had their windows broken. A guy we had talked to said this was an on going problem they have been having for a while. He said a bunch of kids were going around at night and breaking into peoples cars.

Because of some computer problem at the hotel we weren’t able to request that they send a shuttle to the airport. Had to use a taxi. Room had unpleasant odor, stain on carpet, and deadbolt lock didn’t work correctly. Beds and bathroom were good.

The ac is broken in the common areas and the temp was 78 inside and per staff it had been that way a long time. The waffle maker was broken. The shuttle that they claim runs from 4am to midnight actually runs two trips per day to the airport and they do not have a driver at night. One guy working the front was speaking rude to another customer. There is nothing within walking distance of this hotel. The room itself was nice and comfy. Also the printer available for use does not work and according to staff never has in over a year.

Hotel website says that they provide free shuttle service up to 5 miles. That’s NOT true. We stayed here to avoid Uber costs but ended up having to take a Uber everywhere. They only provide transportation to and from the airport. I highly recommend you stay at a hotel closer to Broadway. We regret canceling our reservations with the Drury.

Hotel is okay, nice staff and good breakfast options. A little thin walls, can hear people above you, but not too bad. Would recommend for airport stay.

Very clean and neat. Safe and quiet area.
They offer shuttles to the Honky Tonks. $20 per round trip. Every hour on the hour. Super convenient. Great drop off and pick up spot downtown. This is a great deal.
You save a ton of cash staying here rather than the hotels near downtown.
