Very spacious good location next to the airport

This is our FAVORITE place to stay…anywhere but most especially in Nashville! We LOVE it here!! It has become like a home away from home when we travel to TN! It is always upscale, friendly, comfortable & exceeds our expectations! It is ALWAYS clean, accommodating, enjoyable & relaxing to stay here! We love it!

Clean, quiet, and comfortable. Just what we wanted. Hot breakfast. Close to the airport but not noisy.

This was just a one night stopover to be near the airport for a morning flight. The room was quiet and very comfortable.

Situated outside of mainstream area. Relaxing environment. Clean hotel, Friendly, competent, helpful desk staff. Decent breakfast. Beautiful setting. Shuttle available to and from airport and 3 mi radius. Really enjoyed our stay. Thank you so much!

Plenty of room to walk around. Fulll kitchen, bedroom separate of living rm. Everything was in great condition. My only negatives are that the shower water pressure wasn’t great, and the breakfast wasn’t very good. I also think the parking should be included in price.

This hotel is more conveniently located than one might at first think. It is, obviously, as the name suggests, near the airport, but is also close to Opryland, the Opry Mills Mall, and a relatively short, easy drive to downtown. The hotel facilities were clean and quiet. I don't know that it's a particularly special value, but is what one would expect for the price. Check in and check out were incident free. Parking was on-site, though at an additional but reasonable cost, $10.00 for the stay, with in and out privileges. All in all, this was a comfortable experience. I would have no qualms about staying here again.

Starting with the room - very clean - the bed was very comfortable. The pillows were so-so. AC worked well. Water from the bathroom faucet was similar to honey attempting to drip from a bottle - very slow. Hot water took an extremely long time. Shower worked well. The hotel provides body wash, shampoo and conditioner. There is a foot rest in the shower that allows you to raise your foot to make it easier to wash your leg. There is no soap dish on the bathroom counter, so if you use the soap there, it simply rests in water on the counter. The inroom coffee service was appreciated, but the coffee itself was extremely bland and non-descript. Expedia had screwed up my reservation (twice now in three weeks ?????) but the front desk clerk at checking was professional and polite, and corrected their issue quickly. The parking lot is difficult to access for Uber drivers due to a gate - supposedly the simple press a button allows entrance but most drivers do not see to know that. The gentleman handling the morning breakfast drags the scoring down. I was there about fifteen minutes early one morning and, due to diabetes and needing some carbs in my system, asked him if I could have one of the bananas that I could see on the counter through the open doorway. I thought it was going to bite my head off as he denied my request vehemently. During other mornings, he constantly chastised another employee who did not speak English, about the consistency of the oatmeal.

We really enjoyed staying here. It was close to the airport. All the staff was very friendly and helpful. Great price compared to places on Broadway and way less traffic. Quiet and cozy!

The property was decent. The location is convenient to the airport. The room was spacious and the bathroom was nice. Housekeeping barely did any housekeeping. They did not refill the bar soap and barely picked up in the room. The breakfast was terrible. The hot food tasted reheated and artificial. The shuttle driver almost me and some of a flight crew late for our flights. From what I hear, the shuttle driver is late often and mind you it is a 7-10 minute drive to the airport. It was also annoying that the front desk was not readily available to open the gate for Uber drivers. It was so bad, we ended up walking to the property from the entrance. They need a better method or additional staff avail to answer the intercom and open the gate.
