Sheraton Music City Nashville Airport

Me and my fiance came down for the weekend. Our "suite" was facing the airport and interstate so it was hard to get any rest with all the noise. We've stayed here multiple times and loved it. This trip was horrible though. Our heat blew our cold air the whold time. We will try a different hotel next trip down. Really disappointed to say the least.

This stay was truly disgusting. My room had a "balcony" - don't pay extra the view is the parking lot and highway. I had a king room - my bathroom floods when you take a shower, the mattress and couch are covered in stains, the thermostat doesn't work, and the balcony is dirty and looks out to a dumpster and parking lot. The front desk staff is completely rude and unhelpful, they are especially rude if you have booked through a third party and not directly, even if you're a member they will treat you like you are trash and they don't want you here. Overall the hotel is dirty and dated. There's no room service, if you want food you have to go to the lobby to pick it up. Most rooms are a far walk from the elevators so overall the hotel is not accessible if you have an injury or disability. I would not stay here again. You also are not close enough to ANYTHING to walk and an uber is minimum 20 minutes to get anywhere from here.

Went to participate in Nashcon. Nashcon advertized that parking was free. It was not. I was charged $40 for 2 nights parking. Staff said it was because my reservation was not part of the convention block (which sold out). However, gates were open and people staying at other hotels were able to park for free.

Super nice hotel but I think it’s ridiculous that we had to pay extra for parking, WiFi, and a pet cleaning fee without any foreknowledge. The up charge for their concessions was insane, $5 per 20oz bottle. We had asked days in advance for connecting rooms but they wouldn’t accommodate until we were there in person to check in. Because we were traveling with pets, there were only select rooms and from there they had no connecting rooms and we were also traveling with four kids under 10. Overall I feel like I could have gone somewhere cheaper for better.

Weather was ok, the walls in our room looked dirty and wall paper coming undone. They had a hair dryer that was filthy the room smelled like mildew, it was loud, paid parking was horrible. The worst experience ever. The hallways were long and so inconvenience to our room.

I enjoyed this hotel and its character. The rooms were nicely maintained and clean. Our A/C wasn’t working great but it was a quick night for us as we were off to the airport at 0300. Their valet was so nice and very efficient. We are also taking advantage of their valet parking service while we are away. It’s much cheaper than airport parking.

Everything was great! It would have been nice if there had been more ramps. I think our neighbors were smoking in the bathroom the last night of our stay and the bathroom vents may be shared. The hotel is extremely close to the airport and extremely close to Opry Mills. The outdoor pool area is fantastic and the indoor pool is the perfect temperature.

Beautiful comfortable - but thought the parking fee was ridiculous. View from our balcony was of an ugly ac unit. Overall we really enjoyed our stay.

The Property was very nice ! The staff made sure to keep towels in rooms and also around pool area. Love the security around the hotel especially for parking . Can’t complain ! Will definitely be booking again
